Visited the place today and was surprised to see that they have their own line of pianos. We had a go at it and it sounds really awesome. The service was extra ordinary. Really appreciate Erik who was very welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous piano shop which exceeded all my expectations... Very friendly staff, amazing showroom, products on stock, great service and advices, sharp prices... It was well worth the drive from Den Bosch...! The 2 guys from the warehouse were great too, really helped us fit this large box in the car. My 12 year old son is super happy with his new birthday present and has been playing for hours today... Thanks so much to Erik and team 👍

Amazing service. Irene has been very helpful to me. I waited for Kawai CA49 for a few months because it was not available, but then I decided to upgrade my order. Bought the available Kawai CA59 instead and a Boston piano bench, and they arrived the next day! The CA59 digital piano is very good and feels quite similar to acoustic one. I owned a Kawai acoustic piano and I'm also content with my new Kawai digital piano. However the Boston piano bench was wobbly and squeaky (there's one bad leg that I couldn't fix). I ignored it but after a few months it's getting squeakier whenever I sit and play. So I asked if they have spare parts to replace the leg, but to my surprise, Irene and Oostendorp team sent me a new Boston piano bench to replace the defect one. Now I have a solid piano bench. That is an amazing customer service! Thank you very much, I'm a happy customer.

We were very happy with the piano store! The staff is friendly and helpful and patiently explains everything. They helped us find the best piano for us and even loaned us a piano until the one we ordered is ready (free of charge). Overall a great experience.

Just bought a Kawai CA59 from Oostendorp muziek, it arrived yesterday. The staff was very nice and thoughtful (thank you Ard!), and their selection of both acoustic and digital pianos is very expansive, lots of choices there. It was like a wonderful for a piano lover! Payment and delivery were quickly processed, but I think they could have handled the delivery much better. A piano is not supposed so stay the whole day rotated 90 degree vertically, and so half of the keys were stuck and cumulated at one end of the piano (just because of gravity). We also had problems with closing and opening the lid (possibly by delivery fault as well). It was scary to see the piano in that state when we unbox it, but after a few try the keys got back into its original place, the lid can be opened a bit more smoothly and it seems functional now. Also the delivery man was not very nice (this is not entirely the store's fault, but they could have chosen a delivery service that's more suitable for delicate things such as pianos). He just dumped our 100kg piano in the lift and we have to drag it ourselves through the hallway into our living room. But after all I'm very happy with my new piano. Still not entirely sure if the lid is fully in place and good yet, but the piano seems sturdy enough not to be seriously damaged by the harsh delivery process. update 04 november 2020: A person from the store reached out to me shortly after I posted my review, and offered to send a piano lamp (listed 99 euros on their website) as a compensation for the inconvenience with the delivery. I don't really need a piano lamp, so we decided to get a reimbursement for my piano bench. All in all, I feel that they have a very good, thorough and caring customer service. Highly recommend this store!

The service I received from Simon at Oostendorp Muziek was exceptional! Even though I was not able to go into the shop to test the pianos myself, he patiently outlined the options to me, explained the workings of a digital piano and the features available at different price ranges. By video he was able to demo the pianos so I could make an informed choice. To top it off I received the piano just 2 days later and I'm so happy it! Thank you so much for all your help!

I had Erik to help me select a piano. He listened carefully to my wishes and showed me all available options. I like that he didn't try to influence me but let me make my own decision. Mainly i didn't feel a pressure while making choices. I was saying what i liked and what not and then he would say perhaps you can try this one. There are many piano and digital piano choices over there . Defenitely if you are looking for a piano or a digital piano it is the place to go . And it is pleasure to meet the staff over there.

I have bought piano Amadeus STAGE1 at Oostendorp Muziek for good price thanks to 45% discount. As promised on the website the next day my piano keyboard was safe and sound at my place. Worth mentioning the delivery was free of charge. Client service is also at a high level. My problem was solved quickly via mail. The keyboard I bought suits perfectly my beginner level requirements. Can recommend this place to everyone!
