Super good selection of teas and the staff very friendly

I randomly saw this place on the street and I want to try out. The price is a little bit expensive but im not quite sure about this comment lol. I bought matcha ice-cream for takeaway and it is so good!! It does not taste artificial or sweet but would love if it is more creamy. This place is really a hidden gem in amsterdam since I haven’t heard about them before (i have been living here for 2 years). Will definitely come back!

The best place to taste and purchase high quality tea and beautiful ceramics. Chinese-Dutch bother and sister run the place and travel abroad each year to find the best teas. They know everything about their teas and are happy to tell you about it if you ask.

This is a really fantastic tea shop with a modern approach to traditional tea. The space is gorgeous and light and the owners were so friendly. They are clearly really passionate about what they do and my tea was made with such care. My Sencha green was just about the best tea I've had, beautifully fragrant with no bitterness. Well worth making a visit, they even do takeaway.

I had a lovely time here. I had a gyokuro and a matcha ice cream. The gyokuro was delicious, and tasting how the flavour changes with each steep was wonderful. The matcha ice cream was perfect, not too sweet, just right. It was lovely talking about tea with the owner/shop keeper, who is very knowledgeable and educates you about the wonders of tea. I can highly recommend this place to any true tea lover.

Wide range of high quality teas and teaware. Most of the prices are higher than average, but can be good fit for the right people. They have tea take-away. It's not possible to enjoy your tea in the shop (no tables, etc.)

By far the best place in Amsterdam to get quality Chinese green teas. The shop owners (a family I think) are lovely and very helpful. It isn’t possible to drink tea inside, but you can have tea to go.

Wonderful matcha ice cream! We came 5 minutes before closing but they were still very welcoming. Will come back the next time we visit Amsterdam.

Very helpful staff. I’m impressed. I would love to go back again, if I can find them again. I suppose google will help. Otherwise, great tea selection too. I got matcha for cooking and it’s better than what my friend bought me from Japan. I also had their rose buds tea. I live their tins. Very simple but functional.

Very lovely tea house, this is one of Amsterdam's little hidden gems. The inside setting is simple but made with great taste and tries to keep true to the traditional tea houses. I highly recommend the matcha tea, it was simply delicious. I also highly recommend engaging in a conversation with the owners. They are absolutely lovely people and their knowledge in anything tea related is impressive. Learned so many things about the tea making process and the tea serving ceremony. Without any doubt a must place to visit and enjoy a warm tea.

A great place to drink and learn about teas. The owner was so nice and knowledgeable and guided us through all the different teas and their origins. It was a great way to spend an hour, would definitely recommend this experience to anybody interested in tea.
