Small store. The manager refused to give me a tax free without a "physical" passport even though I showed them a picture and the Amsterdam branch didn't ask for anything! It seems every branch have a different policy!

This is only because of the woman that works there as a manager. I don't get mad at people easily but she is really annoying. After about 3 years in Netherland this is the first time that someone could give me a headache. I was there with my parents who are here to visit. They paid for their purchase and asked for a tax-free refund. The lady who was behind the counter and had just started her job told us it is not possible because we had to ask for it first, which is strange because as long as I remember they always asked for it at the end. The previous customer had the exact same issue with them therefore she asked for a refund and then purchased the items again right after to get the tax refund. The manager who was teaching the new lady was fed up because it took a lot of time as she was still in training. So when we asked for the same, the manager just started screaming that we don't have time for that and left and from another room called the lady, and told her if they attempted a refund don't give them the items back so they have to go pick them up again which was a childish act!! I couldn't stop thinking about her aggressive behavior last night. I hope she finds peace.

Good products at good price!

Love the variety available here in young girls section. I always get causual clothes for both my daughter and son from here. They are affordable, and economical, also have a decent selection of shoes.. Didn't find anything , that I liked, for me in the shoes / sandals section. Primark is definitely my place to go for anything clothes ! Love the place and I can get lost in the options available ❤️

The girl working there (i found out that her name is İrem) is very kind and helpful. I will shop there again :)

Good for cost effective shopping, avoid rush hours if possible. Smaller than Amsterdam branch but most of the items are available here too.

Cheap and cheerful when you’re working with a low budget. Great faux fur lined leggings, warm and cozy for the winter months and only €8 .

Still enjoy shopping here but this is a good example of checking your prices with your receipts. Luckily this is a small amount but this is bad business practice! On the item shows EUR2.00 but on the receipt they charged EUR2.50.

Good place, can find lots of different clothes and more in good or low prices 👌

Very good cheap clothing shop. Only very crowded in the weekend. Update: most of the checkouts were closed. So this morning already long waiting lines.

Not very good designs in the male apartment.. (harvard hoodies? Really?😅) Kids have so much cooler designs. BUT! Primark is very cheap and the quality is fine. 👍 5 stars if they had a better selection. Wannabe Gucci or Marvel ain't gonna cut it. P.s. i care about comfort over useless design more than anything. Says a lot i think. Got home with plain colored clothes lol. No fancy designs. Even cheaper.

Prominent chain store across the country. It has wide variety of choices and prices are very reasonable. This is a must to visit shop, if you are looking for value to money with reasonable quality. If you are looking for only quality and price is not a constraint, then you avoid. You may expect huge rush though.
