These guys are awesome! We had to relocate our therapy cat from NL to New Zealand, and Bianca was so helpful with everything from helping to get the appropriate visa and import permits, to giving live updates on his journey. A total start to end service! On an extra bonus note, our cat was not traumatized from the journey at all, and is goofing and cuddling with all staff at his quarantine facility as we speak!

ZooLogistics is a very reliable and helpful pet handler. They have helped us twice now. Once with the import of our dog from New Zealand to The Netherlands (Feb 2020) and again to export her from The Netherlands to Sri Lanka (May 2023). Both times I was very impressed with their quick communication and their great knowledge and network. Zoo Logistics did a great job with the import side of our beloved dog Leela. They also delivered her at our house after she has been cleared form customs. Eloise was super nice to keep us updated and calling us on once when arrived and been cleared to know when our fur baby would arrive at our hour. We used Zoologistics to help with customs clearance for our pet cat when she arrived from Australia at the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Marjan and their team are very professional and are dedicated to the pets they look after.
