    I have been training with Sam at Keepontrack for a few months now and I am very satisfied with what I have already achieved. I may not be the easiest client to have, but the personal training keeps me motivated, even in the difficult moments. These are good and tough workouts, which ensures that I walk out with a good feeling every time :)

    Keep on Track is highly recommended! Sam is a very motivating, friendly and cooperative trainer. She comes up with varying exercises that suit you exactly and ensure that you achieve your goals. The gym is also well maintained and equipped with all necessities. Very satisfied!

    I have been training with Sam for about a month now. How happy I am that I took this step. I was already training elsewhere, was at a bit of a dead end and was looking for a new challenge. And I found it! The lessons are varied and well designed. Sam knows how to motivate you. She also gives you that extra push during the last repetitions when your muscles are already sore.     I have been training with Sam for a few months now and I am very happy with it! I have never been a sporty person (I don't know yet whether I really am 😂) but it is great to train with her and I always look forward to our training sessions. You have the feeling that she is also involved with your health and always has very good advice and gives all kinds of nutritional tips. She is also very flexible and she ensures that her plan fits you very well. Really great that Sam!

    I have been training with Sam for over a year now and I’d say she’s very patient and understanding. Even though I struggle a lot during the trainings, she would cheer me up and give me good advice not just about the training itself but also with my diet and how to deal with stress.

    I began training with Timo over a year ago. I had never been a particularly sporty person, but his approach to fitness intrigued me. I felt insecure about my body because I hadn't worked out in a long time and wasn't confident in its appearance. However, from the very beginning, Timo reassured me that my body was already perfect, and this boosted my confidence significantly.     Sam is awesome! She really took the time to listen to my needs, my goals, and has been really patient in helping me work towards them. I used to hate going to the gym and couldn't motivate myself to exercise, now I love going to my PT sessions and seeing how else I can get myself moving. Seeing and feeling the results has made such a genuine, positive difference to how I feel about myself and Sam has been there every step of the way pushing me on :)
