Beautiful nature! We cycled here for a few hours, and also walked quite a bit a few times. Wonderful, and it seems to go on endlessly in all directions. Sometimes you never seem to meet anyone, and then suddenly you find a restaurant or other resting point. If you arrive early, or a little later towards dusk, you have a chance of seeing larger game, such as deer or wild boar. Hearing the pigs grunting in the woods is also an experience that will stay with you. :)

Beautiful walking area...the municipality of Epe/Heerde must be careful with too much tree felling...trees=life=nature=people who enjoy and walk... for the wonderful forest air
