I really liked this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and you have everything you would need. The bed was large and soft. The only downside I see is that my window was left open and the heating was not on so the room was terribly cold. The bathroom didn't have any heating as far as I could see so taking a shower in the morning is not that nice. One thing that was a bit weird was that the breakfast was at 8 so I was at the door to the restaurant at 7:55 and they wouldn't open the door for us. We had to stand outside in the cold until it was 8:00. I understand but it felt really unfriendly for them to leave us standing in the cold...

Not as advertised!!!! We booked the place over Groupon and where highly disappointed when we arrived. It turned out that in Groupon where 3 Suites pictures presented and 1 picture of the actual standard room (probably the best they have from a very good angle). So we expected a cozy weekend in a beautiful room and we got a very small, basic and DARK "storage room". We felt very betrayed and tricked and would have never booked the room we ended up in. Absoluetly dissapointing!

We had a lovely stay at Landgoed Overste Hof. We booked a package including breakfast and 3-course dinner which all together proved great value. The Deluxe Suite we stayed in is a spacious, modern, clean and comfortable room. Even though the weather wasn't great we enjoyed a little stroll around the estate and enjoyed the ponds full of big fish and birds and the ponies, sheep and goats. Good and attentive service. Recommended.

Idyllic location, but poor value and quality. Rooms full of mosquitoes and a lot of dead ones on the walls from previous guests. Poor facilities in the room, no shampoo, no coffee or tea maker, hair dryer does not get warm. Overpriced breakfast, no buffet. Staff is friendly, not recommended for the price...

We went there for a wedding and the location is great, service during the event was good and food delicious (even though some items were already a bit cold). But our room was horrible. Not at all what they show on the picture online. Old, tiny, cramped, bathroom stinky, temperature too warm to sleep comfortably. Very disappointed. We booked the breakfast on top and were very much disappointed as well. Just a few items, nothing special, nothing compared to what dinner was like. Service very rushed in the morning.

We came for a 5 course dinner. The food was great, but they took too long between the dishes. For example, we had to wait for more than 1 hour between the main course and the one before. Another issue, l was that they let people smoke just beside the door, so we had to eat smelling smoke more than half of the time. The location is great, but I will not return.

We had the grand suite for a quiet, romantic getaway and it was great! We planned for a few days of skiing at the nearby indoor ski range to prepare for the upcoming winter season and were looking for a place to stay. Found this hotel right around the corner and i was impressed. The grand suite features a jacuzzi where even LeBron James would fit and a bed that's probably 2m20 long and very, very comfortable. It's situated just outside of town but it feels like you're in the middle of a forest. We went at the beginning of december so i can't say how summer conditions are but for us it was magical. We had dinner in the restaurant for one night and breakfast for 2 days and that was great too. I could say something about the prices, but i'm aware that my perception of what's reasonable just isn't realistic anymore. There wasn't a whole lot of choice in the menu, but enough variety to get by. For sure, we're coming back again to enjoy the outdoors some more with some cycling or walking in the area. The room was clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was the best we had in the area since ages! Gorgeous food, cooked perfectly, presented lovely, served by friendly staff and location obviously fabulous. I thought i‘d be biased because i got married here 5 years go. But so much has changed and I can only say: for the better. Lovely guys! Keep up the good work!

Last week all our colleagues gathered here for a team building and training session. The location is absolutely beautiful and offers everything for a successful meeting. The kitchen is delicious and our meal was beyond our expectations. We were able to have a drink at the bar afterwards. we had a great event. Thanks to the entire team.

The superior room is beautiful. Very polite service, delicious breakfast. The only two negative aspects is that it was a bit cold in the room and the lady who cleaned came into our room before 10 o'clock without knocking !!

amazing gasthof... I was been surprised. small clean room. and PERFECT food in restaurant... I chose a "daily surprise". it was been a fish... perfect... absolut amazing place for rest and good eat and drink...

We stayed to catch a concert. The hotel is a lovely property, and it would've been nice to have stayed another night and explore the grounds. Overall, the hotel met our purposes. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had ample space. The only negative was that the walls are very thin - we could hear the neighboring rooms' guests as if they were in our room. And the people staying in the rooms around us were noisy - they came in after 12 and were loud in the halls, loud in the rooms. Obviously peoples' behavior is not within a hotel's realm of responsibility, but it is worth noting that it was very noisy.

Low quality service, check the bill twice

We had 4-course menu and 5-course menu through Oecherdeal website. The price for the whole menu is reasonable and the service good. The food was overall delicious, but the steak we had the second time was less tasty. The restaurant has a very nice view over a pond and forest. That’s are plenty of parking lots and a big playground.

Beautiful location with very nice staff

A beautiful and quiet location with froiendly and helpful staff. The building is very interesting. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained in our visit. The breakfasts were very good, and the dinner we had was excellent. We didn't have much time to explore the area but having visited in the autumn I will look forward to arranging a visit in either the spring or summer to find out more.
