This
rating
applies
to
the
outpatient
department!
Unfortunately
not
satisfied,
because
after
the
operation
there
for
retinal
detachment
accompanied
by
simultaneous
cataract
surgery,
I
went
for
a
follow-up
check
because
after
5
weeks
I
still
have
pain
in
my
eyes,
which
is
sometimes
very
severe
and
my
family
ophthalmologist
asked
for
clarification
because
of
this
the
deposits
on
the
iris
caused
by
the
operation.
These
deposits
were
definitely
not
present
before
the
operation
and
the
doctor
wanted
the
clinic
team
to
clarify
what
should
happen
next
in
this
case.
With
a
lot
of
luck
(after
several
unsuccessful
attempts
to
reach
someone
by
phone)
and
requests
on
the
phone
to
the
responsible
office,
I
got
an
appointment
for
today
with
difficulty
(waiting
time
2
weeks)
but
only
because
an
appointment
was
canceled
(original
tone
of
the
telephone
lady),
otherwise
I
would
have
had
to
wait
weeks
for
this
check-up
appointment.
Then
today
after
a
few
examinations,
photos,
etc.
by
various
nurses
and
doctors,
I
was
discharged
with
the
statement
that
I
would
continue
to
put
drops
in
my
eye,
which
I
have
been
putting
in
my
eye
several
times
a
day
for
5
weeks,
and
then
come
back
in
4
weeks
.
I
also
received
a
prescription
to
pay
for
a
different
type
of
eye
drops
that
my
health
insurance
doesn't
cover.
My
family
ophthalmologist
is
also
supposed
to
check
and
observe
what
she
has
been
doing
every
week
since
I
was
discharged
from
the
hospital.
When
I
had
to
make
another
appointment
at
the
glass
wall
counter,
the
lady
discussed
it
back
and
forth
and
told
me
that
an
appointment
would
only
be
available
in
8
weeks.
It
was
only
after
speaking
to
the
doctor
responsible
and
asking
the
responsible
doctor
that
I
got
the
appointment
in
4
weeks,
but
without
a
firm
confirmation
of
the
time
and
the
statement:
But
with
a
long
waiting
time,
that
will
take
time...!
Mind
you,
despite
having
an
appointment,
I
had
to
wait
almost
2
hours
today
until
I
finally
got
my
turn.
I
hope
that
the
deposits
will
have
disappeared
on
their
own
by
then
(in
4
weeks)
and
I
will
hopefully
be
able
to
get
back
to
my
professional
life,
as
this
is
not
possible
to
date
due
to
the
pain
and
the
watery
eye.
All
of
this
(my
experiences,
but
also
according
to
statements
from
other
fellow
patients)
only
reflects
what
will
await
us
in
Germany
in
the
near
future:
a
shortage
of
skilled
workers,
overworked
staff
everywhere
and
a
healthcare
system
that
is
unfortunately
getting
more
and
more
into
trouble.
Personally,
I
would
be
very
happy
if
I
didn't
have
to
put
such
strain
on
our
healthcare
system
and
I
would
certainly
prefer
not
to
have
to
use
any
service
or
any
service
at
all,
but
unfortunately
you
don't
seek
out
cancer
or
emergency
eye
surgery
within
8
Months
in
a
row,
not
out.
Nevertheless,
my
thanks
go
to
the
doctors
and
everyone
else
who
tries
to
do
their
best
every
day
and
unfortunately
fails
because
of
the
guidelines
and
systems.
Update:
I
went
in
for
a
check-up
3
days
ago,
this
time
everything
was
relatively
coordinated
and
quick!
I
had
a
friendly,
younger
doctor
who
made
a
competent
impression
on
me,
and
the
responsible
professor
also
came
along,
who
also
examined
me
and
clarified
with
me
the
problem
that
had
accompanied
me
since
the
operation!
At
least
I
was
able
to
go
home
more
or
less
calm
and
hope
that
nothing
gets
worse
afterwards!
That's
why
I
increased
it
to
