Great hotel. Super service. Parking available. Nice rooms and super location. Very nice restaurant with great breakfast. Cool to see pictures of Jazz heroes on the walls like Silje Neergard or Trombone Shorty.

Lovely Hotel. Great Service. The front staff name Tom is the best😍. He is so helpful w/ such a great attitude. We have wonderful time here^^. The room is spacious and quiet. Our room is under the roof so a small climb after elevator ride😅. The location is also great. We can walk everywhere from the hotel.

Great hotel, rooms are stylish and big, but could do with some soft furnishings to complement the wood floors. Excellent restaurant, eat here even if not staying over. Very friendly and professional staff, nothing you ask is too much.

A lovely little hotel. Rooms were clean with large baths. Underground parking was very convenient as well. Staff was caring and courteous. The location was also very convenient for walking throughout the town.

I like it. I like the city, and the hotel is for me perfectly situated: near enough, but not in the middle of the old city centre. The restaurant is just fantastic. The rooms are stylish and different. The service is professional and friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff in a centrally located boutique well-kept hotel with spacious rooms in the old city of beautiful Heidelberg. Family friendly, within 3 minutes walking from main old city street and has a Garage and Air Conditioning. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant which is among the best in the city. I highly recommend this property for people who want to explore the city by foot and those looking for a clean modern boutique hotel with artistic touch.

Excellent location. Simple but modern hotel with great facilities , breakfast and helpful staff. One suggestion- small in-room fridge will add to the quality of the hotel! Car park is also available for the hotel guests.

The ArtHotel is one of the best run hotel in all of Heidelberg. I have been staying here for over 10 years and simply love the hotel, staff and location. Only place in the world to don't stay points. And it's because this place is that good.

We had a remarkably good experience with this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable - we woke up in the morning and were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff were excellent, welcoming, and helpful. We will stay here next time we are in Heidelberg.

Lovely boutique hotel with a professional and courteous staff

I was there for a business workshop overnight. The location is ideal in the "Altstadt", to go out and explore Heidelberg. It's in close proximity to the University library. The rooms, have been quite big and are really nice, with a cool flair. Breakfast and Lunch had been really good.

Excellent, well located hotel with very friendly service. Dog friendly and the parking garage underneath (book or it will be full) are both very welcome. I wish I’d stayed longer.

Booked very last minute, was welcomed and felt very much looked after, even though it was a Sunday and staff levels were low. Would definitely return.

OUTSTANDING hotel and the location was perfect. Excellent and helpful staff and the only thing I did not like was not having a refrigerator in the room – but again, the staff provided us daily with all the ice we wanted. On-site parking underground, which was very secure but be aware parking is limited so plan accordingly – prices are also very reasonable. The breakfast was delicious, and the choices were endless – eggs to order and wonderful pastries. Our room was beautiful and perfectly situated along the western side of the hotel with a view out the window of Peterskirche (St. Peter’s Church). The hotel is also right next to the university and only steps to Old Town – personally, much better than being in the center of Old Town for us because it made it easier when we needed to drive outside the town. This hotel had so much charm to it we would stay here again and would positively recommend this place to anyone. Excellence at its very best, kudos to all your staff.
