Stay here for 2 nights. Room had a nice design and feel through out, bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. Location is great very close to the walking bridge and shopping street. Beautiful view from the room balcony.

Easily a 5-Star! We had wonderful time staying at Boutique Hotel Heidelberg Suites for 2 nights in late September. Every aspects from checking in to checking out is perfect. Staffs are very friendly and resourceful. Room is impeccable. Location on the riverside provides a nice view of the old town and the castle. The hotel is close enough to walk across the bridge to the old town, yet far enough to be away from all the noise and chaos. Also, car parking is a breeze: leave the key and the staff will take care of everything. We'll definitely stay at the hotel again if we get a chance to travel to Heidelberg in the future.

The riverside location of the Heidelberg Suites, and its views of the castle, gives you a pure sensation of being woven with Heidelberg magic. This is a priceless quality! I'm so glad to have chosen this hotel for my guests The service from Julius and his colleagues is impeccable and highly civilised. I am looking forward to placing guests here again later this year.

Very nice, small and cosy boutique hotel in walking distance of the old town of Heidelberg. The hotel and the rooms are very well decorated, our room had a splendid view on the castle, minibar is complimentary. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly but don't expect a palace style service (no luggage man or service voiturier). There is a cosy honesty bar. The restaurant is on a boat, Patria, docked on the Neckar, almost in front of the hotel. They serve good, most Italian food. Take a vest in case the boat does a small cruise on the Neckar. The parking lot is very small (25€/day) so it's best to book it with your room. Heidelberg is a beautiful town and certainly worth a visit, especially the castle.

We had a wonderful stay here back in May when we traveled through Germany. This boutique hotel has the absolute best location in Heidelberg. It offers amazing views of the castle and Neckar river and is a short walk over the bridge to all the stores and restaurants. The suites and common areas are beautifully decorated plus the bathrooms have spa-like amenities. There is a small fridge in the room stocked with wine, apple juice, water and other beverages. A nice breakfast was included with our room price and the entire staff was gracious and accommodating. This is the perfect hotel for a quiet, romantic and restful vacation when enjoying Heidelberg and the surrounding area. We hope to return in the future.

The room aesthetics is beautiful, the bed and cushions are very comfortable. Location is amazing, facing Heidelberg's old town and castle. Staff was the highlight of our stay, making sure everything was perfectly arranged. Sadly I was not able to record anyone's names, but I want to send a special shout out to the lady who checked us in and the gentlemen who takes care of the breakfast area. They were both above and beyond. However, for a luxury category hotel, the power outlets are very outdated (no usb charging stations) and the bathroom needs urgent remodel. Sofas on the seating area are also uncomfortable. It's a pity that they use fake flowers in their decoration as it overshadows the great taste in everything else. Cleaning also needs adjustments, indeed the room was prepared daily (aka: beds were made, bathroom was cleaned and restocked) but there were bugs and spider webs all over the room (and also in common areas). If they are able to renovate their rooms and guarantee the bug situation is under control, this place will offer an amazing experience.

We travelled in the Bavaria and Alsace regions for 18 days. This is by far the best hotel we stayed. Beautiful suite, charming staff, delicious breakfast. Well worth the money! Will definitely come back if we visit Heidelberg again.

Everything was so special and charming about this property. The location, grounds, and staff were beyond amazing. We had a beautiful room with comfortable furniture, bathroom, and bed. The view overlooking the bridge and castle is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were helpful, wonderful, and kind. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Looking forward to future stays at this property.

We have traveled to over 30 countries for both business and pleasure. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and being served in many restaurants. We can honestly say that our experience here is right at the very top 5 all time best. It isn’t just the pleasant Decor, cleanliness, short distance to downtown, amenities like hot tub and spa and a wonderful breakfast but… It’s the way we felt at home that really made a difference. The staff from reception through to housekeeping were so friendly and thoughtful. They just had all the small details figured out. If we were going for a spa we’d magically find our drip towel and slippers set out for us. After spending a couple of mornings in the hot tub overlooking Heidelberg the next morning I discovered that they already laid the towels out for me. And then… There was the over the top offer… Two perfect electric bikes a bit available for a bike ride up the river. Like what hotel has that benefit available for the guests? Bottom line… We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this place. Thank you to the staff and proprietor for such a wonderful and pleasant day.

We loved everything about this Boutique Hotel - What an incredible experience. Having booked here on a recommendation we couldn't have been happier with our overall stay at Heidelberg Suites ! An incredible property awaits when you arrive and it only gets better from there. This Boutique Hotel has all the traits that you hope for - personalised service along with attentive and engaging staff, great recommendations and help throughout, excellent rooms, beautiful stlyling throughout the entire property and a very comfortable & quiet stay. The location of Heidelberg Suites allows for views ( If you have a room that overlooks ) of the Heidelberg old-town city skyline along with the backdrop of the hills which if the weather is nice, gives you uninterrupted views of Schloss Heidelberg and the Funicular that goes all the way to Konigstuhl. It's also an easy 5 minute walk across the bridge into the old-town which gives you plenty to see and do on your doorstep. The rooms are generous in size with breathaking views, well appointed and in mine it also had a small kitchenette and a dining table for four ( not sure if this is consistent throughout ). Similarly to the entire hotel though, it's perfectly styled and everything has its place. This is a real credit to the owner or owners of the Hotel. You could easily use Heidelberg Suites as the perfect place to base yourself to either wander the riverbank, stroll into the city or if you're driving - head out on day trips.

We were driving from the Netherlands to Switzerland and decided to stop over in Heidelberg. We quickly searched and came across this hotel, which had excellent reviews. We were absolutely delighted with our experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, situated in the best part of Heidelberg, with beautiful views of the river and Old Bridge. Best of all was the professionalism of the staff and their outstanding service and attentiveness. Andreas, the General Manager, especially went above and beyond the call of duty. We will certainly be staying here again!

Very good location, very high level of service. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice decorated. Breakfast is tasty and nicely served. Car park could be a small problem so I recommend to reserve it in advance. But there is a car park approx. 700m to Hotel. I recommend 100% the hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Heidelberg. Stayed here for 3 nights as we began a 15 day trip through Europe. STAFF: The staff were friendly and accommodating. They remembered my name and were attentive to every need. Everyone spoke English. ROOM: We stayed in a deluxe suite in the main building and it was the perfect room with an incredible view of the castle. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom size was sufficient. The room had robes, a small living room with a couch, mini kitchen with sink, mini fridge, stove burners and dishes. The room was so cozy and perfect for getting over jet lag. LOCATION: Ideal location if you’re planning on spending time in old town. No more than a 5 min walk. Bus stop is also in front of the hotel.

The House of Hutter is in the perfect location to see the old town from the other side of the river and yet be only five minutes from most Heidelberg attractions. The room we stayed in had a balcony looking at the old town which was superb. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Parking onsite was helpful and the continental breakfast delicious. Altogether a wonderful experience
