I am a rather cautious person, but I was well supported and motivated to walk with crutches and run the stairs without fear. So I'm getting along very well at home now. My right knee, which was operated on in December, now gives me the necessary, secure support - an absolutely convincing result! The nursing staff were some of the kindest and most caring women I have ever been taken care of other than my mother. The staff were all great. Food was delicious. Everyone very attentive. Much better than any American hospital I have ever been in and I've been to a couple.

My shoulder operation went very well and I felt well looked after. Dr. med. Lichtenberg performed the operation. He explains well and is a very likeable person, which is why I chose the Atos Clinic. A week after the operation I no longer need painkillers and enjoy the feeling of a stable shoulder. The entire surgical team was very nice during the preparations. The food was delicious and the nursing staff was very friendly. I had a small single room on ward 1. A solution was found for problems. For example, when the shower in my room was broken, I was able to shower in another empty room. I have one point of criticism, which is why I deducted a star: On the day I was discharged there was chaos in the ward because there weren't enough nursing staff present. Because the really hard-working, friendly nurse was so stressed, she forgot to cover a wound again with a plaster. When trying to stick the plaster under the shirt while another patient was waiting, the adhesive surface was applied to the stitched wound. Luckily my orthopedic surgeon noticed this when I was changing the plaster, so the seam wasn't torn open. I also had to organize my appointments myself that day because the nurses were so overloaded. I wasn't happy that day.

What a waste of time and money, I visited this clinic 3 weeks ago to get a professional opinion, all what I got after paying thousands of euros is a verbal general diagnosis with a promise for a detailed one in a couple of days. My treatment is paused, my rehabilitation is paused and it has been 3 weeks and I did not get the report yet despite the several follow up and reminders. What a waste of time and money. The fruit of consultation and diagnosis is a report and I haven't had one and now I'm on hold can't start rehabilitation can't start exercise and don't know what's my condition. Shame on you.

I had a minor procedure performed in this clinic and must say I was very impressed. I arrived very early in the morning and had someone walk me everywhere I needed to go. Once I got settled in the room I was greeted by a person that took my order for breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of choices and the food was pretty good. There is mineral and still water outside of the room that is stocked non stop. Bathrooms were nice and each patient had their own sink and storage area. It really felt more like a hotel stay than the hospital stay. Nurses are checking your vitals continuously throughout the day and are very helpful. Everyone spoke English which helped me a lot with my limited German knowledge. I had to perform exercise every three hours and nurses were there on the dot to document everything. It is a private clinic so maybe that’s why it was so excellent, very pricey but if you can afford it, worth it.
