I wish I could give -5 . I received totally burnt meat. When I complained them about it , the guy was extremely unfriendly and was making fun. I saw they were behaving extremely rude with other customer as well.. so Please don’t appreciate this kind of tourist trap. You do have plenty of options in Heidelberg

The person serving was extremely unfriendly, was probably also making fun of me with his colleagues in his language. Falafel felt like they were 2 days old. Please avoid this place.

I give no star to this place, the staff was rude and when I asked for a box to take the rest of my food out, he threw the box at me, and he said something rude in Turkish, since I was speaking German with him he couldn't notice I understand Turkish. Not recommend this place at all.

Great taste and nice service! Outdoor seats has a great view of Heidelberg street view. Also a reasonable choice for budget travelers, with a fair price you can get the energy for the rest of the trip.👍

The worst Döner I ever tried in Germany! It is located in the center and most of the time it is full of tourists but the staff don't speak English! I do not recommend it!

Very salty (maybe kneaded with sea water) bad service could't use visa&master card

They service their friends before other clients. I paid for my yufka and they made 3-4 yufkas for people who came later than me, and only then made my yufka, which came almost without any sauce and vegetarish filling. It felt like there were only salad and onions.

Just popped in with the wife and had some wonderful food. Nice people, great food, so clean it's unreal. Full of character and will be going back.

Had to have the mandatory Doner Kabab while in Germany...this place was perfect! Tasty Kabab-quite big- split with hubby..fast service and friendly folks...👍👍

One of the worst experiences I have had with food in Heidelberg. Food didn’t taste good, Pide was horrible, the restaurant owner was arrogant and unfriendly.

Donner box tasty, more then enough for one person. A lot of meet, fries also very good. The plastic fork was useless 😁 after 3-4 bits with it, start to use you're fingers.

I hope something better opens in the place when they go bankrupt. Terrible service, really rude, really unfriendly

This place is in a good location in the old town, so decided to try it after the long decent from the mountain. Unfortunately, the kebap was under cooked, lacked taste, and they used the chaos inside the restaurant in their favor to prepare the dishes without putting much effort in it as well as the low portions! I ordered a kebap pizza, and it barely had any kebap on it. Moreover, the staff made jokes about us in turkish so we can’t understand which is obviously rude! They also decided that I don’t speak german based on how I look...

Very bad attendance. Fist of all I didn't ask the food to take away, we ate at the place and the staff complained with me because he gave me the pizza in a paper box.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the falafel doner and chicken yufka. They were extremely filling. The person at the counter is very sweet and jovial. They customise the spice levels as per your taste, so that's a bonus!
