I went through a rough time with a tooth that became infected, repeatedly. The dentists treated me each time with expedient professionalism. They listened to my problem from my point of view, and then confirmed the actual circumstances through diagnostic methods (manual and technical/imaging). I was satisfied with the outcome in each event, despite the fact that I was unhappy with my own situation requiring their services.

It was an emergency, I was in bad pain and they helped me a lot. The Doctor was so nice , he explained the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks again

I was there todayto cement a corona and they did a poor job. My tooth is 2 millimeters longer than it should and twisted. They ruined my tooth and I have paid for this. In the end I will pay more to repair what they destroyed. This should be an easy fix, 10 minutes job. And they either don't know how to do it or don't care how they do it. Or maybe both. I can't even eat now!

This practice is all about making money. Xrays taken of entire jaw without first explaining why and the cost involved. I have never experienced such a poor dental practice. I come from South Africa and the level of service I receive in South Africa is first world compared to this practice. They are certainly targeting the vulnerable and desperate. Will not recommend this practice to anyone. No bedside manners either

I was visiting The Hague from the UK and my filled molar tooth broke, I know it needs a crown but as an interim i wanted to see if I could get a temp filling until back to the UK. Dental365 gave me a same day appointment on a Saturday and helped with that. Super efficient and friendly and considering it was out of hours was also very good value. Would recommend Dental365 :-)

I personally had bad experience with the clinic. They are probably fine if it’s the last resort and you have absolutely no other options of where to go or can not wait. But if you can go somewhere else for better services - I recommend you do. I had my tooth badly fixed, 5 minutes work that costed me 200$ out of my pocket (no insurance coverage). The thing is that I didn’t want a “quick fix” and I could wait, so I told the doctor if it’s not gonna be a reliable treatment - I would rather opt for smth else. But I was reassured that I need just a filler and that’s it. I trusted the guy. And my tooth got “treated”. I paid, came home and I can’t even slightly touch my tooth. Call the clinic - they try to get rid of me by any possible means. Main recommendation they give me - “take a pain killer” (absurd but …). Eventually I give up, I wait a week and I call back. Same advice - go wait more. No empathy, zero care. Just try to get rid of me again. Three weeks, I’m in pain, I call, they unwillingly schedule appointment. I come - the doctor doesn’t show up. I am told “he is transferred to another clinic”, just now, just when I come and of course “no way” they could warn me in advance. I travelled one hour to get to them. That was the last drop of my patience. I let them be. Later on I receive email to leave a feedback. I made a very thorough complaint with all the details, in slight hope of justice. Nothing. No reply. 0 care. The end.

An appointment was made the same day so my son received treatment as soon as he said he has pain. The staff is kind and nice and the premises are clean. The only remark I have relates to the waiting time as we were admitted an hour after our scheduled time. Thanks so much for havingus!

I had severe pain in one of my teeth, I could not wait until my regular dentist opens on Monday because of it. I got the wortelkanaalbehandeling (root canal treatment) done on a Sunday. The staff was very professional and empathetic as I am also afraid of dental procedures, they updated me with everything I need to know about the procedure so I was very comfortable during it. I really recommend this place!

HORRIBLE WORK DONE! I had 2 teeth done here (Dr. Diaz), as it was an emergency, I didn't have many options. After a year I had to redo both of them!!! For one I had to do the root canal treatment now because it wasn't cleared properly before filling and the bacteria kept eating the tooth. For another one, I had the old silver filling before coming here, and Dr. Diaz mixed together the silver one with the white one, instead of taking out the silver one completely. My regular dentist later said that you should never do that because all the bacteria stays in the old filling. And the filling already started to fall out. The quality is very bad. Moreover, it's extremely overpriced (I spent almost 1000EUR here). If you want to save yourself trouble and money, don't come here!
