All the hotel smells like smoke. The windows are not very well isolated so if anyone smokes outside the smell is very strong in the rooms. The rooms are not properly clean

It was the most beautiful experience in this hotel. Everything from the moment we were checking in was great. The room was very clean. The room was also very big with a big garden you can get in through a door in the room. Their restaurant was great with very delicious food and drink and it's more competitive than other restaurants in the town. They have a big gym and a great swimming pool with a sauna and a Turkish sauna. The staff of the front Office and the restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful.

Only knocking the room as we paid the same as everyone else in our group but didn't have any of the things in our room that they all had. Safety deposit box, coffee maker etc. Great place though and lovely staff.

The rooms and service were great. The staff is very friendly and listening to complaints. Our experience was only tarnished because of the disregard for rules of certain guests. We booked this hotel because we heard of the spa area including a sauna and a steam bath. These areas are shown to be clothes-free areas, as anyone who has been to a sauna before already knows. However no one is there to check if this is actually followed and nobody seems to follow that rule. That lead to very awkward situations where only my girlfriend and me were following the rule and were surrounded by people who didn't seem to care at all. Moreover, this spa area was directly connected to a swimming pool area and a very large group of children kept coming and going freely and very loudly. So much for a "relaxing spa zone"...

Always use this hotel for an overnight when driving from Denmark to Uk! Clean, comfortable good service. Great food at their restaurant. Convenient location just beside the highway!

This is a great hotel for passing through or when you have business to conduct nearby. The sports facility and swimming pool are really nice. They use Auping beds and you'll sleep fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great, so much to choose from and all good quality. Breakfast is untill 10 o'clock but even at 10 there is still plenty of food. They have really nice coffee machines (which is important to me , you can tell if a hotel takes their breakfast serious by their coffee machine) There is one downside to this hotel, their location is within an industrial estate. It is next to a truck transfer/parking? lot that is busy all night. The hotel does have sound proof windows but if you like open windows like me, you need to be prepared to hear some noises every now and then (the nearby highway is more of a continuous noise and less annoying) Choose this hotel if you need to be here for business or visiting people or when you are passing through. Or when you want to try out the Auping beds and have a good night sleep.

Just Western should be enough. We did not experience one thing that reflects the word: 'BEST', it should be: 'Average Western Hotel'

The staff were magnificent, very helpful. Everything was clean, and it looked cared for. Easy to find, good location.

Clean, well staffed, amazing dinner restaurant and good buffet service. They were constantly asking if I needed anything and being very friendly. The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite. I will be staying again on the return trip!

Very good reception. Excellent restaurant staff very accommodating. Breakfast was well organized with a good selection of continental and cooked. Buffet service so you can go back for more! Room clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff discreet and efficient.

Food wasn't that good. We ordered "Italian" spaghetti ( from kids menu) I am from Italy and that was nothing like an Italian spaghetti would taste like. The risotto was also just barely fine. The meat was good.

Great parking! And for the lovers of truck tuning, you have a truck shop with a lot of great stuff. Showers are clean.

Good for meetings, not too busy

I am surprised to read so many positive reviews. We booked as a couple 2 nights via Weekend Desk, and unfortunately we decided to leave the hotel after one night. We are fans of wellness and good restaurants, and we were very disappointed with the wellness area in particular. In general, the wellness area is not worthy of a 4 star hotel at all. The showers are old and ugly, the hygiene is limited (bad smells in the hammam and changing rooms), the sauna and hammam are tiny. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was cold! The worst thing for us was the lack of comfort: the deckchairs were uncomfortable, and above all: you could hear the sportsmen practising and dropping a ball (?) which bounced while vibrating... Not ideal when you're trying to relax. As far as the restaurant is concerned, the 5-course menu was not of a high standard. The starters were too salty, the main courses banal and the dessert industrial. On the plus side: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The room was ok. As you can see, I do not recommend this hotel at all if you are fond of relaxation and good food.

Spotlessly clean and a welcome place to rest

The Hotel is very good and the restaurant is too. Because of Corona regulations Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner needed to be picked up and eaten in the room. Too bad we could not use all the facilities for same reason. We stayed with family in a 2 level loft, TV on both, WC and sink on both, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially breakfast was a joy. Locationwise, there is not much nearby. Parking is included. As a stop or when you are visiting it is a very nice place and I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel. Clean, efficient and welcoming. Free car parking. Excellent swimming pool. We got a family room. Large, well equipped and comfortable. Rooms quiet. Negative point is the stairs leading to the upstairs beds. Very steep and not good for families with young children. Breakfast is a standard continental affair. Overall, good place to stop over.

fantastic service Especially restaurant and house keeping. The sauna and steam cabinets are not crowded. we enjoyed. The swimming pool is disappointed as there was some filthy things stranded in the bottom. Reported and we didn't go there anymore to check if it was cleaned.

Fantastic room, restaurant and staff. It is a little difficult to walk to town from here; there are no easily accessible sidewalks, but we did it and had a great dinner in town too

Stayed just one night in this "tilted" house. Everything was satisfactory. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking lots reserved for women just outside the entrance.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly. Well located, close to the highway. So perfect for travelers with car. Unfortunately, the breakfast was atrocious. A minimum of choice and instant fruit. Also the indoor pool with separate baby area was not really relaxing. The water for the baby pool was definitely too cold. The regular pool looks much bigger in pictures.
