Excellent Chai Latte and very tasty cardamom. Very reasonable price as compared to other cafes. Friendly staff and good service.

Avara Fazer kahvila Citycenterissa Helsingin ydinkeskustassa. Tuotteet laadukkaita, kuten Fazerilla kuuluukin. Itse päädyin salaattiin muutamalla täytteellä. Yksi tähti pois pöytien sotkuisuudesta. Muuten oikein hyvä kokemus. Palvelu ystävällistä.

I ordered a flat white here for 5,30 euro.. They obviously don’t know how to make a flat white and the taste was terrible. Very bitter. Don’t go here if you want good coffee.

Excellent coffee/pastry/bruch spot. There is a quality in everything they serve. Very attentive staff. Worth the detour.

Oldest Carl Fazer café in Helsinki! Decided to visit it after our trip to Fazer Experience- chocolate factory with museum! But in café there are large choice of sweets and bakery plus really good cappuccino!

Not big of a space but good enough for a short rest from city stroll. Food is good. Cafe is clean and organised.

As soon as I saw this “Fazer Cafe” I immensely wanted to have a drink and treat there. The riisipiiraka that I had was better than anywhere else and the korvapuusti was delicious too! Next time I come to Finland it will be one of my first go to places

Wonderful selection of high standard pastry, sweets, and savory treats. Modern and clean environment, right in the Citycenter shopping area. Be sure to try out variations of many famous Fazer products, such as geisha chocolate being converted into a sweet drink, and Pätkis into a full sized cake slice. Knowledgeable and professional staff that knows how to answer detailed product questions. Definitely worth of a stop for a treat and observing the passers by.

Being a tourist in a foreign country, you don't always know what to have for a meal because you want to try almost everything edible. The staff at this cafe was so kind to suggest to me his favorite so I tried 😊 Lo and behold, it didn't disappoint! So it helps to be curious lol!!!

I had a mixed feelings about my Sunday brunch experience. 🫠 -Location feels premium,⭐ -Their cake bar selection is outstanding 🍰 - customer service today was "meh" - im surprised they did not have soup on Sunday brunch ( poor price variety ratio) - my coffee lover Italian friend said coffee is not good 🥴 I would love to visit their weekday's options 😌

The pastries tasted like it was baked couple of days ago unfortunately, the coffee was nice.

The food was good, but a little overpriced in my oppinion. Though the athmosphere does fit the price. The service was great, and the servers were lovely. There is also fast table delivery. The athmosphere of the Cafe was wonderful. The decorations fit the theme and everything looks great.

Kinkku-kananmunasämpylä jollain sinappimajoneesilla oli hyvä. Fazerin sininen -capuccino oli ihan OK myös, ei tosin Fazerin siniseltä maistunut, liekö tarkoituskaan.

Got the Geisha Latte and it was splendid. Cup size is most generous and the pastries look good as well.

The cinnamon bun was great! I wish I had tried the chocolate cake.. will need to go back again for that!!

Solid place to have a coffee break and grab something to eat whilst in the go. We had normal coffee, a ham and cheese quiche and green tea with a potato pastry. All was nice but a bit overpriced l. At least you get chocolates with your hot drinks. Decent if you’re on the go but if you’re willing to explore there may be more quirky places around the corner.

Seating arrangement is good. Veg Savoury options limited. Good sweet options. I ordered an iced latte, it was good. U have option to drink water too

Nice cafe in a good city centre location. Delicious cakes, really high quality. Staff very friendly. A bit expensive but worth it.

Lovely café. It’s small though, which can be tricky to get through if it’s crowded. The barista was very nice. We tried the geisha latte & flat white. Highly recommend the geisha latte if you like hazelnut!
