I
had
a
very
bad
experience
at
Lanka
Hospital
main
Pharmacy.
I
went
there
to
get
a
medicines
with
a
prescription,
and
the
wait
was
over
an
hour.
In
front
of
me
was
a
senior
citizen.
She
gave
him
the
wrong
dosage
of
medication,
and
when
he
pointed
it
out,
she
just
shrugged
and
said
"it's
fine"
you
need
to
cut
the
tablet
1/4
and
consume.
When
he
pointed
out
how
a
tablet
could
be
broken
to
1/4
the
staff
member
was
rude
and
dismissive.
Senior
citizen
raised
this
issue
with
the
duty
manager
compromising
his
own
time
to
uplift
the
standards
of
this
pharmacy.
I
also
noticed
that
the
pharmacy
was
out
of
stock
of
several
medications,
even
though
the
computer
system
said
they
had
them
in
stock.
When
I
asked
about
this,
the
staff
member
said
they
would
order
them,
but
I'm
not
sure
if
they
ever
did.
To
top
it
off,
the
prescription
counter
person
had
a
long
beard
and
kept
touching
it
while
he
was
handling
the
stickers
for
medication.
This
is
a
major
hygiene
concern,
and
I'm
surprised
that
the
pharmacy
would
allow
it.
The
token
system
was
also
incorrect.
I
was
issued
a
2
PM
ticket
even
though
it
was
9
PM.
Also,
the
medicines
were
not
issued
based
on
the
token
number
order.
This
caused
me
to
have
to
pay
additional
charges
for
car
parking.
I
would
not
recommend
Lanka
Hospital
main
Pharmacy
to
anyone.
The
service
is
terrible,
and
the
staff
is
unprofessional.
