    She has no basic qualities as a nurse. With her unprofessional behavior, she is downgrading the reputation of all the kind medical staff who are busy and hardworking . If you're experiencing anger and injustice, it's something you have to deal with on your own. Don't put it out on the patient. I really hope she doesn't get angry with innocent patients visiting the medical centre because they're unwell and need expert advice.

    I have been a patient of this practice for the past 14 years and I have found them to be professional, empathetic and and I always feel I have been heard. A recent bout of illness which required admission to hospital was a perfect example of being heard , given advice and care , not just by my GP but also reception staff. I am very grateful to them all - they are a great team :)

    I had my first appointment this morning and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The receptionist are so lovely. I had to wait in the car for more than an hour when each appointment is suppose to take 15 minutes. The doctor that I had the appointment with whom is one of the practice partners did not communicate with her receptionist to let me know they’re running late. I had to call more than 3 times to check what’s happening. My baby was sick. It was a very unpleasant experience. Her time management is very very poor. I rate 0/10.

    I have been going there 7years and I have decided to make complain. My complain is about receptionist lady called Adaire. I believe she intentionally made me wait. Queit often. This time we've been waiting nearly one hour seeing all this people leave who came way after us. Only myself and my child were seated and wasn't directed properly. we saw and asked nurse when she came out, she immediately got us in and we asked what made her so long to get to us, she have said she wasn't told we was there. Doctors been great, that's why we been with them until now but we will move because of her service. I feel sorry for our child being waited for so long when they needed the treatment most.

    Every single time I have been here they have been running late, 45 mins to an hour late. I even called in prior to check as my son had a fever and it is summer and hot outside. (We have to wait in car due to covid symptoms sore throat/temp) They advised docotr on time and to come to appt. We have sat in the car in summer heat for 45 mins still going! and he has a fever. I advised he has a fever and let them know I live 2mins away and can come when needed. I called in to check in my appt and Judy or Trudy has the most appalling and disgusting phone manner. When called she goes "yeah sorry running late" I let her know not to talk to patents in that manner she replies "yeah sorry" with a rude tone. She only changed her tone after I said I'm going to complain.

    Recently moved to Massey, was going to register with this Medical Center. Receptions are not friendly, 3 ladies were chatting at counter, ignored us until we had a question for them. In medical center I would appreciate if people can be more attentive, if it was a beauty retail I wouldn't have mind.

    I have been with Royal Heights medical for several years now and under the care of Dr. Lapish and Dr. Yoo. These Doctors have gone over and above what I would have expected from a GP and it’s clear they genuinely care for their patients. This last year with COVID19 they have been so busy but I’ve never felt my care has been rushed or compromised and have even received follow up calls from them during times when they should have been off work. Thankyou for all your care for me and my family, we have appreciated your hard work during these difficult times.

    Have been visiting this practice for past 9 years and have always had a good experience. Doctors are great and receptionists are all very helpful and accomodating. There had been occasions when I had to ask them to keep an eyed on my 2 kids, so i could see the doctors and said yes, without hesitations

    Very irresponsible and unreliable Receptionist (her name is Kala, check their website out) made us to wait for two weeks for no reason just because she didn't pass the message to the doctor to contact the specialist after three phone calls I've had with her. And it was 'urgent' as doctor told us from our examination. She tried to get away from this trouble telling the doctor a lie that she couldn't understand what I was saying. Hello??? I am fluent English speaker!!! Extremely unsatisfied with her poor attitude.

    Been going for 20 plus years everyone is allowed a bad day or 2. Reception lady’s are great, main GP’s Dr Kingsley and Dr Katic are great people and so are the other staff members I guess if you are not use to the rhythm of things then of course you would be upset but is it really worth the 1 or 2 stars? I don’t think so. They also follow up when I am slack getting tests done and actually call you back when you request and they are thorough and actually talk to you about your health issue with genuine concern. During your appointment, they don’t rush you like some other practices make you wait for hours and out the door in 5 minutes?? Please that’s not worth 1 star that’s a 5 star.

    I have been going to Royal Heights Medial centre now for 45 years and i have found them to be amazing with their interaction in person and over the phone. It is an especially busy, stressful time in any business with this covid restrictions etc, red light, orange light, stop - go etc, This is a very busy medical centre, and must be very stressful, I have dealt with the front line people and most of the doctors and i cant fault them with their attention and care.     Dr Kingsley has been my Dr my entire life and my parents Dr since before I was born. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. No matter how big or small an issue might be, he takes it seriously and explains in plain English what it might be. He takes the necessary steps to ensure we have ruled out potential possibilities and he does it in a way that’s not worrying at all. He’s straight up in a professional manner and makes sure I fully understand something - he’ll draw a diagram if he has to. He’s great and so are the staff. Would highly recommend!

    If the wait time were not an issue, I'd rate it 5/5. The GPs are excellent, and the nurses and receptionists are incredibly friendly. The only drawback is the extended time it takes to secure an appointment. Nevertheless, their medical team is unquestionably top-notch and really care about you.

    Just saw the negative reviews and thought I better post my own experience which has been excellent. I can usually get a same day or appointment for the next day. The staff are very helpful and they have pharmacy on site so you can get medicine straight away. My family has had a lot of ailments treated here for three years. Highly recommend.

    was with this medical centre for 5 years before we changed it. Same people always there. Receptionist sometimes can be a bit rude, so I agree with some of other comments. Dr Kingsley Ng Wai-Shing is very nice and I do recomend peopel to se him. However, getting an appoitment is not easy, I hope you have the online system by now???
