    Great place to tan & no contacts!! But... online hours need to be updated to reflect actual hours. Just drove here for nothing. :(

    I've been coming here for about 3 years now and the staff that Store manager Joe has been the best. Including himself. They're always so welcoming and always informative. Never pushy or make you feel obligated. I love coming here and I tell all my friends about it!

    This is Definitely a clean store, which is so important. You can tell Management actually cares about there job & more importantly about their customers. I definitely wish that any of the Vegas locations had my level 5 stand ups, but that's ok I enjoy my Level 3 stand ups. The customer service is out of this world. Thankfully it's let by Leanna & her Team. This store this far is the best. Ashley was also fantastic at running the other store but she left the state and went back home. Leanna & her team are always thinking of the customer and doing it with a SMILE! so important! If it wasn't for Leanna & her Team,i'm not sure if I would have stuck it out with Palm Beach Tan because the other store in Henderson needs some major improvement when it comes to customer service.     I've been coming to this salon for years paying thousands. Staff ok but today, I canceled my membership. When I walked in I was told my bed was being used and it would be about 5 minutes. No problem. I sat and waited for at least 20 minutes while the clerk waited on a potential customer. Showing her every lotion, opening tops so she could smell them. Meanwhile completely ignoring me. Not offering another bed, nothing. My bed had been empty for awhile. I'm not buying anything so why bother with me? I'll tell you why. I'm a paying customer. Guaranteed money. 99.00 a month. Every month. For years. Not to mention people I've sent over. Sadly, I'll miss tanning.

    I’ve been going to this location for a few months now and have yet to have a negative experience. Danielle and Joe are amazing! I was new to tanning, so they were great when it came to recommending what would be best for me. Now I go in and it’s simple, all of my info is in the computer, so I’m in and out. It’s great! I look forward to tanning every week, and Danielle and Joe play a huge role in that. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable and keep me updated on the latest specials.

    I came into the salon back in a December to cancel my membership. I was asked if I wanted it frozen and she explained I would have the $7 fee and I said no I don’t want that. She said okay we’ll cancel it. No paperwork was provided to cancel. I was then charged January 1st in full. I called the store and a man said a manager would call me. No call. Called the next day, same thing a manager would call. No call. I contacted corporate who said it would be refunded which it would on January 19th via email and that my account was cancelled and the last billing was Jan 1. I got an email yesterday that I have a balance owed which was not auto pulled thankfully as I had to change my card. I called the store and the woman who answered said a manager would call. Guess what? No call. Please just cancel my account!!

    Do not go! They will fluff you then get your money and when you ask to freeze your account several times, then give you some excuse to inconvenience you even more and tell you that you’ll still be charged. My husband had surgery and we told them several times before we would need to freeze the account. The manager said she would make a note of it and never mentioned a document to sign. So when I called to follow up I was told I had to come in and would still be charged. We told them on Sunday the 22nd as well as when we first signed up of freeze; we met their 25th date cut off, and called on the 27th yet they didn’t do it and said we would still be charged. The thing that gets me was there was NO APOLOGY or help to make their mistake right. How hard is it to say I’m so sorry…I don’t get it!

    Usually when I come here I’m taken care of right away. Today was different. Different girl. Waiting for first person to spray tan she started helping new person. Person I was waiting to fiches finally was done but this worker made me wait 15 minutes to sign up a new client. When I asked her to set me up, she asked for me to wait. Then finally after 20 minutes I’m being asked my name again and for payment. Never want to come here when she is working . Got here at 9:05 and it’s 9:33.

    Terrible Experience! Terrible customer service! I have been tanning at this location for 3 years and have always made my payments and all the girls know me. Today I went in to tan, like I always do after the gym, and there was a new girl working. I went to check in and she told me that there is a new policy and she couldn’t let me tan without my ID. I said “okay I will bring it next time, I just came from the gym next door and I don’t have it” and then she wouldn’t check me in! She said it was policy. I looked at the girl standing next to her and said “what!? This girl has checked me in many times before… so you’re telling me you’re not going to let me tan without an ID even though I’ve been a customer for years and this girl knows me?” And she said “no I’m not!” And so I left. I get the policy’s but Palm Beach never sent their customers a notification that an ID would be necessary. I honestly feel that the girl could have handled the situation a lot differently. I will be canceling my membership over how I was treated! Zero stars for customer service!

    Always great service. Lindsay is just the best. Not just saying that either, I drive to this location even though the other PBT on Coronado is closer to me!
