My last few months here haven't been a experience worth writing home about. The management here lacks. There is a young manager here that is hardly qualified to do her job, She is rude and her appearance is not one that exemplifies what a gym can do for you. Choose a different gym. They serve candy in the counter and pizza. SHAMEFUL

This facility has a serious lack of cleanliness. The ledges are dusty. The stand up tannings bed needs to be swept. The female bathroom toilets need to be clean. There was blood and tissue on all toilets! The majority of the trash cans at the cleaning stations were over flowing. The shower curtains had MOLD on them. It’s like no one had done clean up in a week. Definitely not returning to this gym.

Travelled to Vegas to help my parents. My dad was gravely ill and my mom hadn’t been keeping up with the finances. When I learned that one of their expenses was a fitness membership, I called to speak with a manager then went over during the hours she was available. I explained that my dad had been sick and in hospitals, nursing home, and hospice for a few months. She allowed me to cancel his membership which I appreciated. I did not appreciate that she requested that I bring in proof of hospital bills in order to remove the last few months of fees. My dad actually died the night that I visited Planet Fitness and I was so disgusted by her request that I chose not to jump through this thoughtless hoop.

I went to workout after the Governor ordered masks to be worn in all public places. No one in the gym was wearing a mask except me and the staff. The staff doesn’t care about the health of their patrons enough to ask people to wear masks. There a pandemic going on right now and the numbers of infections are going up in our state. Someone needs to inform the Health Dept

Security of the whole parking area is rude, and harassed me for sitting in my vehicle for half hour, which I tend to do to preparing for a workout. Knocked on my vehicle very hard to tell me no loitering or overnight parking, who in the world is allowing these a holes to touch my vehicle in the first place?? Lucky you didn’t leave a dent because there would be a dent on your skull pal.

The vibe in this place was definitely off for my first visit. If you’re looking for a “judgment free zone” there’s better options. It started off pretty well. The guy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming but the black girl gave off some weird vibes. Never said a word to me didn’t even make eye contact. Most workers greet you when entering and exiting. Then I noticed every time I went into the locker room the guy came in cleaning (which is a good thing) except it felt as if I were being watched. If he wanted to clean so bad he surely missed everything but the filthy showers and the overflowing trash cans. I felt very uncomfortable and targeted. The customer vibe was odd as well. I really wish Planet Fitness was as judgment free as it claims to be! I should have read the reviews first.

I would do 0 stars if I could based on how staff treats the members at this location. I’ve been a member in 3 different states and 7 different locations over the years and haven’t even been so disgusted. The staff members Clay and Victorio, generally the only morning employees, will harass women and use their jobs as an excuse to intimidate and pressure female members. I had seen it once or twice and thought I was reading too much into it until it happened to me. I’ve since left this gym and only go to a farther location just so I can workout in peace. these staff members should be fired or kept in the back where they don’t talk to members.

The night staff was so rude! Worst location in Las Vegas, I will never go to this location again

The showers in the women's locker room were flooded and had garbage in one of the stalls. The restrooms were dirty, even had a shoe print on one of the toilet seats. The massage chairs need work. I always get at least 3 tokens when I visit a location with token chairs and the lady at the front said they only give out 2 at a time. None of the employees seemed to be interested in the gym, 2 were standing in the front talking when I first came in. I regularly visit the one on South Maryland Parkway and it is always clean, the employees are wonderful and nice, and the massage chairs are the ul updated ones. This one on Sunset is closer to my work, but I will not visit it again. It needs updating, cleaning, and employee/customer service training.

Affordable monthly price that costs less to maintain than other comparable gyms -24/7 access -Clean floors and unbroken equipment -Dual machines that are in popular use (to avoid having to wait long to use a machine) -Friendly staff that smile when they greet you (other gyms have very withdrawn staff who do not smile) -Spa access including unlimited massage usage for no additional cost -Unlimited ability to bring a guest -I would love it if you had more promo tshirts for sale with your logo on them (and make them more affordable than the cost of other gym promo shirts) -I would also love it if you had more massage machine options -And I would love it if you had a section of soothing muscle creams and pre/post workout protein drinks/snacks.

ATTENTION! THE WORKERS ARE THE WORST PART OF THIS GYM! They WILL annoy you for anything. Told me I can’t be on the phone? I have seen multiple older white people here on the phone for more than 10 minutes while on a machine. Treat everyone the same or SHUT UP.

One of the best deals in Fitness. Multiple locations across town. Great additional massage and tanning too...

Planet Fitness has opened up again after the COVID19, place is clean, staff is friendly, and they have taken steps to improve things.

I came to this club for a change and was so happy with this club. So very clean and fantastic equipment. I wish I could go here everyday but it is far from home. If you are looking for a clean and safe place to workout, then this is the place for you. Staff is amazing.

It's a good gym, and its a judgement free zone gym + its open everyday for 24 hours. The best part is that the membership is only $10 a month. 👍

Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Wish it had a pool & some classes, that's what I prefer because I get a little bored. Used to have a sit down machine for the waist which they changed out for one that you kneel on. I HATE it & miss the former machine, this one hurts my arthritic knees... seriously hate it, very painful

Come here 2x a week. Today I forgot my cellphone in my 18 wheeler. Walked backed to my truck because rules are for everybody. Couldn't check in with out it.on more than 3 different occasions I've seen them wave friends and buddies in with no static no check in . Rules are not for everyone here.

Worst planet fitness i have been to. Machines are old, the elliptical machinces even squeak. Place is dirty...looked like food particles in the little holder area on 2 of the machines i used. Even the sanitizer bottle was dirty. Locker room was clean but i do not like the mesh lockers where people can see your belongings. Showers were hot and clean.

What an Awesome Gym...Great deals, very clean and this location the Managment is Top Notch!!! I have the Black Card get it includes tanning, hydromassage chairs and loungers as well as a 30 minute work out area with specific equipment and much more!!!

Newer members here but I have no complaints. Staff is super chill and helpful, my gf lost her ring and a staff member even went as far as to don gloves and go through multiple full trash cans to help try and track it down. Equipment is clean and there are stations set up all around the gym to clean equipment as you go. Membership costs are the key to why we chose planet fitness, legiit 👌🏽

Traveling in the Vegas area this winter, I've utilized this Planet Fitness location several times for late night work outs. The facility is very well kept / clean, the showers warm, and the staff superb. A big shout out to Victorio at the front desk for all his helpfulness, timeless wisdom, and positive energy, as well as his coworker Mike, who is a cleaning machine. Thanks for a great facility / workout environment, guys!

The employees do not clean the bathrooms. The showers and dressing rooms are not cleaned either. Other than that, great place.

This is a nice location. It’s a clean location they have the same equipment as any other planet fitness. it doesn’t seem to get too crowded. Impecable locker room/bathrooms.

You are simply better off at any other gym. Tried to stick it out but tired of not being able to work out and not use the equipment the way they have it set up to be used.

Sabrina and Randy are the best. Great customer service skills and very friendly. They helped me with a few late fees and are always pleasant when me and my girlfriend arrive.

Took a minute to figure out but the shower water is wrong. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Other than that it was pretty clean and very well kept.

Do NOT come workout here! One night I came to workout using dumbbells and a couple was making me feel uncomfortable by staring at me each time I did my reps. So I took the dumbbells I was using and moved to a bench further away. After I wiped down the bench and returned to the new bench, a staff member named Justin came and grabbed the dumbbells. I asked what he was doing and he said he is doing his job. I asked him if he could please leave them there since I am not finished with them. He says okay but I still am doing my job. I told him you can not do your job for a second and that I could re-racked the weights once I am finished with them. He gave me attitude and was disrespectful. After I finished using the dumbbells and moved onto another machine, he comes and asks me to leave the gym. I said for what? He said sir please leave the gym your membership is also being cancelled. I replied what really? Just over some weights that I was not finished using? That IS RIDICULOUS!!!! He then tells me I am trespassing private property and proceeds to call the police on me. DO NOT COME WORK OUT HERE GUYS, ESPECIALLY if JUSTIN is working!!! That was RIDICULOUS!

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a few years. I’ve shown up to the club in person a total of five times. Each time the person at the desk assures me they have cancelled my membership. Not to mention the couple of times where ‘the system was down’ and they couldn’t do anything then, BUT come back because cancellations need to be done in person. They still charge me for the two memberships I bought for my household EVERY MONTH.

Gym is always clean overnight. Mike does a great job ensuring the women's restroom is clean and fully stocked as well as also ensuring the rest of the gym is spotless. He's always cleaning something whenever I go in. I've come in the middle of the day and on weekends and it is always dirty. Trash cans are over flowing, restroom is disgusting with no paper towels or toilet paper, floors are dirty throughout the gym and the employees are literally standing around doing nothing. I'll stick to going overnight when I at least know everything will be clean.

Disclaimer: I don't work out here. I came in to cancel a membership for a sick family member. Honestly, I was ready for battle or to have to jump through hoops of some kind. None of that. The guy at the front was honest and efficient in getting the account closed out. Facility was clean and looked nice, staff was next level helpful. Thank you for making a rough time for me that much easier and I will keep this experience in mind when I'm choosing my next gym.

This is my second home when it comes to the gym. Cleanliness over all is great. Haven’t had a bad experience like other gyms where there is no paper towels or sanitizing spray to wipe down the equipment or even toilet paper lol. People that go work out always with motivation and positive Attitude.

I absolutely love this gym. I go close to every evening to get my cardio in and the club is clean with well maintained machines. By far the best part are the people who work there. They are kind, professional and courteous to everyone, even when not everyone treats them the way everyone should. They make me feel valued and welcomed every time I come to workout. They know my name and even indulge me when I stop to chat for a few minutes. Julio and Nerrissa are especially kind and hard working. They make sure to give me that little extra time and attention everyone loves to get when they go to their favorite places to spend time. Thank you for everything you do for the people that cross your path.

I love their black card spa! It is always the cleanest one in the area. Morning crew also always makes sure to say hi and keep everything spotless. They're always working on something! Very nice place

This is the worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to in my entire existence every single time I come here there is something wrong with their equipment either the red light bulbs aren’t working and now it’s there massage beds that aren’t working. Why am I paying for VIP access when I can never get treated like a VIP, or ever get access to the VIP section, there’s never anybody at the desk when I’m in there and their music selection sucks so bad I would rather jump off a bridge then work out in that place I wish I could get my money back for this entire year that I haven’t been able to access any of their amenities! Now I have to drive 15 or 20 minutes out of my way just to use some thing that should be so simple. I would never recommend this place to anyone in fact, run as far away as you can.

I contacted my home gym on Boulder Hwy several times and waited for a manager to reach out to me. After waiting several days with no call back, I reached out to the Sunset location. They resolved my issue within 10 min. What a great group of employees

My girlfriend and I have memberships to this place. It's okay for a gym. The weight selecting is pretty apartment complex like. If you live at a picerne property, you're good to go with their weight room as it is. Just saying.

Great gym. The staff does a good job keeping the gym clean and replenishing the cleaning supplies. Nice air conditioning system as well. Overall, the whole staff is very nice but the customer service that stands out is provided by Alec--I actually thought he was the manager. He greets guests by their name and I think that personal touch makes people feel appreciated as customers. Alec deserves to be recognized. I recommend this gym to others based on the customer service and cleanliness. EDIT 07/22: Reduced from 5 stars to 3 stars. Customer service has gone downhill. It's not bad but it's below average, not outstanding like it was before. The boys at the front desk are just OK. They aren't bad, they're just typical entitled millennials.
