From Idaho where there is NO In and Out. We waited for a long time in the drive thru but it was SO WORTH THE WAIT!!

Best burgers. My sisters had never eaten here so I had to take them so they could have this experience. They really loved it.

My mom and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We had two double double's. One protein style. We shared a side of fries and she had a strawberry milkshake. I had a medium soft drink. They have great prices and everything is made fresh to order. Cut potatoes for fries and they grind their own meat. 16 bucks for our nice lunch. Great food, clean atmosphere and friendly staff

It's In-N-Out. If you're already expecting a bit of a wait, then you're fine. If you're deciding between going in and drive-thru, drive-thru might be prioritized. The food is good, especially for the price. I know most people swear by animal-style fries, but I think just adding spread is better. 🤷🏾‍♂️ The service here is the typical friendly service, so that's good.

I loved the 50s style atmosphere. You could tell the meat was real and tasted very very good. And absolute bargain for the price at an absolute nostalgic place. If you have a chance definitely stop by. Way less expensive than I thought they would be!! Also very nice staff.

In and Out Burger what else can I say. Busy as always but the service was fast and the food was good.

First thing first, my husband and I LOOOVVVEEE IN-N-OUT, however this particular time I decided to treat us and get drive thru dinner after work... Never have I ever felt soooo rushed out of this place, nor ever experienced such poor customer service. The person in the parking lot taking orders (Caucasian male) was rude and didn’t care to listen when taking my order, the person at the second window, same thing, she basically threw the food at me and my animal style fries came out in the photo shown (slopped together). Not to mention the grilled onions were Burnt!! I felt like I was at McDonalds drive thru. I also asked for two Neapolitan malts, then I come home to find chocolate & vanilla. 😑 From now on, I will be going to the In-N-Out on Trop & Sandhill.

A family favorite! My boys enjoy double doubles, I'm here for a burger done protein or animal style, which means NO BUN. 🥰 YAY for bunless burgers! I am grateful I can still enjoy all the deliciousness from In-N-Out without the bread side effects.

As a Canadian on a trip In N Out is one of the best parts of traveling. The animal style fries, the burgers that are good but not too greasy get me every time. The location is good but busy with it being right off the highway. We were worried someone was going to break into our vehicle while we were inside but that mostly the area.

The employees are absolutely the best! Mostly (sorry other employees) Christopher and Isabella are the best because there was this guy who was getting mad at Christopher and he was just staying calm the entire time and Isabella is just an amazing cashier and has an amazing attitude!! And the food is definitely the best they're shakes are amazing 😍 and the double double is even better

Out of all of the food places I have been to, 1 thing I can ALWAYS say about IN and OUT is I have ALWAYS received top notch customer service & I mean every location in Nevada I have been to has given great customer service. They must take good care of their employees because the employees take really good care of the customers! KEEP UP THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AND OUT!!! LOVE IT!!!

What can I say, it's In-N-Out. Long line between 1130 and 1330, 1645 and 1845. The line people are fast, even when in line the wait time is less then 30 min.

Good burgers for fast food. Lettuce and tomatoes fresh and just right. Lines are always long but moves pretty quick. Not sure what all the hooplah is about but more power to the people that love it.

Ok so we ordered from the “not so secret” menu. The double meat was pretty good, the wait was a little bit but the meat was good, food was hot, everything that we ordered was accurate. And the fries were actually good as opposed to how they are usually the worst. I think everyone in my party would give that experience 4 stars on average. One thing I’d like to point out is that payment and delivery were very fast and I love the fresh food.

What can I say? Classic, good tasting burger. I dined in with my 3 girls on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived shortly after 11, so had our pick of seats, but quickly realized getting there early and ordering in didn't mean we would get our food in a timely manner. The only thing I can say, much like everyone's favorite coffee place, is that it gets harder and harder to dine in because they prioritize the drive through business because it is so busy and get those orders out FIRST. When we ordered our food, the dining room was nearly empty...by the time we got our food, the place was elbow to elbow inside the doors. We felt rushed to eat quickly and be on our way because there were literally people trying to eat standing up. I would be VERY upset if that was me. In-N-Out, I see what you are doing and think it's cool to be a crowded burger joint, and making no effort to change that and make your customer's experience better. I remember your restaurants being like this since I was a kid, even, and it hasn't gotten better. Make the dining rooms much bigger, or REALLY speed up your in-service dining times. If they fixed that, they would easily make their place my go to burger spot.

The line in the drive-thru is always long, so plan ahead. Why? Because the food and service are always great too! My favorite combination is a Double-Double with grilled onions, Animal Style fries and a Lemonade (or a Chocolate shake if you are going for the full experience).

Now I know why the drive through was wrapped around the parking lot! We are from the East part of the country, but stopped here on our way to visit family in Boulder City. To be honest, at first I was not expecting much. Yet I was pleasantly surprised! This is as good as it gets for a simple, no nonsense burger place. I got the single and fries. It was like a backyard grill burger! Definitely better than ALL other fast food burger places I've enjoyed in my (over 50) years of life. The service was great, considering they were swamped when we arrived. We didn't have to wait too long. This goes to the top of my list for fast food. Everything, the food, the service, the price was perfect! -Oh, and did I mention they make REAL fries from potatoes cut and fried where you can see them prepare them in the restaurant? If this ever expands to the East part of the country, I'd be thrilled! Makes all other fast food burger places seem pathetic by comparison.

Get your fries or burger Animal Style.. It comes with cheese, grilled onions and thousand island dressing. SO GOOD! I love how simple the menu is and the quality is consistent.

Super friendly staff. Delicious food. Always super busy so if you don't like waiting try to come during non peak eating hours. Otherwise they make the food pretty quickly. Shakes are delicious. Ask for spread packets!

In and stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes should be their name. I think I’m going to have to find a new burger spot because I’ve been sitting here forever, barricaded into the line, and I have things I need to do. If I would have known every car would be taking 5-10 minutes I would have never stopped. If you need to raise the prices to get some more employees then do that! Anything is better than a wait like this for “fast” food

Everyone said to try since we dont have in chicago. Didnt know they ONLY sell cheese burger or hamburger. I thought they wpuld have other thinga like chicken nuggets and etc but no! The burger is decent but def looks very good unlike most fast food burger place where the picture and actual does not look anything close to it.

I had to try the legendary burger place as soon as I landed. The double burger is to die for, so amazing. The fries were disappointing. Even animal style, I didn't care for them. Next time, two double burgers for me. Big bonus points for the pellet ice in the drinks.

Such good food, it’s clever that they have such a limited menu, means they can do what they have really well. We came during the afterschool rush so it was quite busy, and the tables were dirty. Staff were friendly. Fries aren’t the best I’ve had, but the burger was excellent.

Remember this order if you’re not from CA. Double double, whole grilled onions, chopped chilis, toasted buns and light well fries. You can thank me later. So good you’ll want to order another round. Tons of parking and quick lines.

This is a fairly new one in Henderson. But like always the line for the cars was a mile long and they've even blocked off part of their own parking lot to make room for a car line

The burgers were good, but the animal style fries and regular fries were ehhh very salty. Kinda disappointed because it's National French Fries day and I rather have McDonald's fries.

This was our first try of In N Out and we loved it!!! The food was very fresh for fast food. The burger wasn't greecy and the fries were fluffy in the middle but had a nice crunch too. Really nice and much better than other fast food.

I'm a big fan of this location. Once a month, we do lunch for our sales associates from this In-N-Out. An order of 30 burgers is a breeze to them, and not once in two years have I waited more than 15 minutes to have the entire order made and ready to go. They don't skimp out on condiments, and even help me bring the order to the car. Details to some, but it's important to me. You guys and girls rock!

Always busy but a takeout order was done very efficiently. Everyone is always very friendly everytime I show up! Burgers are great!

I had to go back east for work and really missed In-N-Out Burger. Fresh buns, fast service, good fries and reasonable prices. . .it's not health food but, life's short. . . .

Personally I don't know why people like fast food in general, but I am telling you that my kids are crazy enough to force me enough to make me buy them twice a week burgers from In-N-Out.

Best customer service as usual. Problem I have never experienced before at an In n Out. The bun was not fresh. Hence the 3 stars! Sorry but this left us super disappointed. Please keep your reputation spotless no stale buns.....

It's a 5☆ establishment for most, not for me. Thin patties like going to BK, CARLS, DELtaco, but way cheaper. Order it to eat in your car (You Will Thank Me and this post) So Burgers Don't Get Mushy!! When its put in a bag and if you don't eat it right way you get a super mushy fall apart burger.

I still don't know why people wait so long for this burgers... I mean they're good but not sooo god! They're good burgers! Simply is best, but be in line for 45 min.. no thanks! Just stop by when there's no people in line.
