Wow, all I can say is wow. We love this park! This isn’t your normal spend an hour at Park. This is a bring the entire extended family and stay for the day type park. It has everything from baseball fields, basketball courts, volleyball, tennis courts, even a horseshoe pit. There is lots of room for the kids or the animals to run around and play. You can reserve and cook on the grill. You can even get close to the water. There is plenty of parking and decent bathrooms (for what they are). And lots and lots of grass. This is a great place to find a spot for you and your family, and just sit down and enjoy the nature apart from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

I used to play here when I was kid and now I bring my kid here it's my favorite park because it's right next to my house I've lived on Pecos and wigwam since 1990 and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in las vegas the park is always clean and the city is here everyday keeping up the place I recommend this park anyday of the week it's quite and everyone is nice that comes here

This is a nice but basic park. There is a small kids play area to the far south of the park. It's easily missed. There are a few baseball fields, some covered picnic tables, basketball courts, restrooms... One nice thing often overlooked is that the Pitman Wash Trail crosses the park along the north edge, so a reasonable walk or short bike ride can take you to additional parks.

Great park ! Ring toss/horse shoe area, baseball field, volleyball sand pit, immaculate gated tennis courts, basketball court, playground with swings, a trail, and lots of well maintained grassy fields.

Plenty of space to run around. Family friendly and safe. Lots of playground things like slides and swings and climbing.

Pic doesn't do justice, it's covered now which is great. However the biggest two slides are boarded off as the sun has cracked the slides.

Not too pic. Few good picnic party areas. Lots of grassy areas. Bathrooms were clean. Ok for pets too! Play area cute, decent size, good for small kids too. BBALL court's cool.

Volleyball sand courts nightly teams playing. I don't know how anyone can play in those teams. I guess just come over and talk to someone playing. Too dark to take pictures. Ages 15-45 based on who I am seeing playing. I've seen players from 7:00pm - 11:00pm depending on the day and when I take my walks. The pictures are of the Pittman Wash Trails. Tonight I walked 0.77 miles because there are wild animals in the wash after dark. Wanted to get back to main well lit park before dark. Lights are turned on by a button near the volleyball courts so there is light all night if anyone wants. There are trails inside the park too. Dogs and BBQ's welcome but trash and poop pickup is strictly enforced so keep it clean for everyone please!! Lots of trees and grass. Picnics, exercise, zen.. all wonderful. Google Las Vegas Trails Map for map of trails. Be responsible always take a flashlight, water, Driver's License and phone. No one ever predicts problems but when something happens -- be prepared.

This park is a little gem off of Pecos. They have the playground And a decent sized field, but also a couple baseball plates, a sand volleyball court, and tennis courts, but also a picnic area. The playground also has plenty of seating and a nice shaded little hills for parents to spread out on

We came here for our kids baseball tournament. There are not enough parking spaces. Parking enforcement were issuing tickets for cars that were parked on the side.

  • 4/5 Danny J. 1 year ago on Google
Cool little park. Well maintained and clean but sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

Step son rented a table area for a bday party. Got there and they had baseball games going leaving no parking, people sitting in the reserved paid for area and in the middle of the day with kids everywhere the sprinklers turn on. Thankfully it didn't ruin the rented bounce house. Was a real disaster. The people running these should really let you know when things like baseball games or the like are happening so you can adjust your plans instead of being blind sided.

It was a very clean park, around the tike we were there it was a bit crowded but the atmosphere was just great. I just wish people would have the common courtesy to pick up after their furry friends.

We picked up lunch and brought it to the park for a picnic. The park has plenty of green grass and mature trees for shade. It was clean and well-maintained. We saw kids enjoying the playground and it looked like fun 😀

Creepy guy in a 2 tone Nissan Sentra was stalking my wife here today at this park. Tried to box her in the parking lot. Beware. Has oddly large cartoon sunshade stickers covering the back windows

Great little park. Enjoy it several times s week. Has a lot to offer for a medium size park. Henderson has lots of great parks. Tennis courts lights are manually activated by the users at night. Just push the button near the entry gate. But automatically goes off at 10pm.

Great little park with baseball field, tennis court, and playground. Nice access point for the Pittman Wash Trail and the Legacy Learning Loop. Only way it could be better is if the tennis courts were striped for pickleball:)
