This May, my husband and I rented our 8th apartment from Guest Apartment Services, this time in the Marais. It was the best experience yet. Every property is well maintained, and service continues to be first rate and responsive. Having tried other rental services, we cannot recommend Guest Apartment Services too highly, and are already looking forward to our next - and I hope, longer - stay.

We had a wonderful 11 days stay in Paris at the Windows on Seine apartment. It’s was a dream come true to stay in an apartment on the Ile Saint Louis. GAS were very helpful and professional. Communication with them was amazing and they provided us with excellent information to help enjoy our stay. I highly recommend their services.

Once again perfection from Guest Apartment Services. Our longest stay ever- this time in Acanthus. What a view. When we hit a small snag Christophe the owner came running over and took care of it immediately. Really wonderful attention to detail all the way. We will always chose this company for our stays in Paris.

Stayed in the "Jasmin" apartment with my fiancee. We had an incredible time in Paris and it was wonderful to come back to such a nice apartment. The apartment was very cute and had a comfortable bed. Everything worked well in the apartment, it was well heated, automatic shades, good water pressure, washing machine, and microwave. The location on the St. Louis Island was amazing. There were great little cafes and bakeries around. Very close to the metro and bus stations. Only a short 10 minute walk from the Louvre and even closer to Notre-Dame. We would highly recommend this to anyone spending some time in Paris. The staff was also extremely helpful when checking in, showed us the apartment and how to run everything.

This was our second experience with Guest Apartment Services and, like our first rental in 2015 for a month, was simply outstanding. This time, we stayed in Windows on Seine, a beautiful studio on a different part of the Ile Saint-Louis than we stayed previously. It was superbly appointed and very quiet-just the thing that we needed for our stay of one week. As usual, the staff of Guest Apartment Services accommodated our every need. They are simply the best. Prior to my retirement, I worked for a very large French Bank for almost thirty years. My wife and I have been to Paris dozens of times and stayed in fabulous hotels. But our stays on the Ile Saint-Louis make us feel like residents of one of the world's great cities. Thanks Guest Apartment Services! We will see you in 2020!

I have now stayed in apartments rented through Guest Apartment Services Paris twice in a little over one year. I can't say enough about the communication and support that is given from the time that you make your first inquiry to after your final checkout. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and will do whatever is in their power to ensure that your stay in Paris is everything it can be. I stayed on the Ile Saint Louis both visits and have loved both the location and the apartments themselves. The price is so reasonable for everything you get. I know that I will use them the next time I am lucky enough to plan another trip to Paris.

Don’t stay in a hotel in PARIS. Guest Apartment Services has the most unbelievable apartments and the most awesome service in the world. Been using them around 30 years(around) didn’t want to share this since we will be coming back forever.

We can't say enough about what a fabulous experience we had with Guest Apartment Services during our recent trip to Paris. Our apartment was perfectly located and spectacular. It was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed down to wine glasses and tea cups. The Guest Apartment team provided valuable information on the location, restaurants and events, and even tried to help us track down tickets for a number of things. They went out of their way to make our trip special, even providing us an upgrade on the apartment to provide more space. I would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend or family member and will certainly contact Guest Apartment Services when I return to Paris.

We just returned from another fantastic trip to Paris, our favorite city. Much of our enjoyment is renting an apartment from Guest Apartment Services. Living with the locals makes the trip much more fun. We have rented from Guest Apartment Services for 20 yrs and have never been disappointed. The apartments are as advertised and excellent. the locations are perfect. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, offering many suggestions and helping with reservations. Second time staying with Guest Apartment Services. Cannot say enough good things. The people are always helpful and responsive. We Stayed in a larger more contemporary apartment this time. Loved the old french style but this worked better for the amount of people this time around. Loved the convenience of large kitchen and living space and elevator! We were my husband, daughter, grandchildren 5 and 2 years and myself, so it was fantastic. Hope we can return to Paris soon and I would never stay anywhere but the Ile Saint Louis, quiet and best location with metro and walking distance. It is so nice to rent from people you can trust.
