Based on the last time I've been here, it was a lot better and the staff were much, much more friendlier. After my last visit and all the changes that have been made, the quality and service are very poor. They just need to up their game a little bit more. But it's still a nice place.

Great prices and great place. Friendly staff. So much more than a hotel room for the best price!!

The most horrible hotel, my experience was bad. There are a lot of insects, the heading system is extremely hot and doesn’t work, every nights very noisy with an alarm, there are mouse, etc. we have booked 3 rooms and they were so bad. We tried to change the room and think maybe something was just bad lucky. It was again and the manager doesn’t care about it. I don’t recommend this hotel. 30.12.2022

The apartments are nice and cozy, there is no Air conditioning or fans inside the rooms, the AC is outside from the top but I never really got fresh, the lobby personnel work with a huge fam close to them all the time since the entries remain all open all the time. Breakfast is quite decent. If you are staying less that a week, you may have to pay for extra towels if needed. Fitness center really bad, nothing to disinfect or clean equipment after use, nothing but paper towels available, broken machines and no free weights, I am sure they can do much better with the great space they have available. They have washer/dryer, you have to download an app for their use is so convenient. Wifi excellent. Location is a plus, close by the Pontoise Airport, shopping Malls, good restaurants, some touristic attractions.

The stylish and comfortable merges together! Nice coffee, super cool staff. O love the atmosphere especially the interior design of the ground floor public area. 𦯀 game room is the best! Parking is easily accessible.

The location and hotel was good and OK. But the service was absolutely disaster. During 6 days of stay, no room cleaning, no fresh towels, no room service, no extra keys.... Whatever you ask, you have to pay extra. I can't believe they rate this Cowool Cergy hotel 4.5 stars place. I don't recommend it for staying more than 1 or 2 days, spcialy for family.

This used to be a wonderful hotel that i enjoyed over and over on each time i visited Paris. Now it's just a miserable place with one goal only : benefits. I'll let you see the image and judge yourself.

Very nice hotel, with very spacious atrium ideal for children playing. There pool and ping pong to play for free, and a pleasant bar with umbrellas for seating outside. The rooms are very large with with all the amenities for extended stays. The surrounding parks make it an excellent hub for short vacations.

Room****: spacious. Parts of it quite dark though. Service***: Reception and staff nice as well helpfull. No making bed etc. in room etc. Sportsroom needs some attention. Lobby very nice. Therefore overall ****

My mother stayed there during a work trip and she showed me picture of the beds, very poor hygiene. She got bug beds bites. She complained but she was totally ignored and never refunded off the fees for her dry cleaning. Manager refused to see her. I would absolutely recommend to avoid this place.

I'm going to come here again. Everything is in a walking distance. Even the train station to Paris. It is like 7 stops and you're there. I read the other comments about the breakfast but you can still walk to the shopping mall and have breakfast there. Eventually you're only going to sleep in the hotel and thats it. The rooms are big enough to have 4 people. 5 stars

Not very happy about this place. The rooms/apartments are lovely, and very spacious. The rest is a cost-cutting exercise. Breakfast: only one lady to run it, it's almost impossible for her to deal with so many customers! The fruit was moldy, there was no coffee, and we had run out of clean plates and mugs. When I asked for a mug for my coffee, she told me to pour it into a cornflakes bowl. Very little choice in breakfast options, too. There were random blackouts the first morning. I suggest you call in advance to verify whether the renovation works are actually finished. The reception is run by rude people. No smile, no good mood while explaining small issues to the customer, and this morning an employee ran after me saying that I had not paid for my room, while they had requested (and received) payment as soon as I arrived at the hotel the first night. We were a large group on a business trip, I don't think we'll be back. It's not a cheap place and I don't feel like being treated like this.

Great to have proper kitchen facilities. Apartment cleverly designed as open plan but could compartmentalise with sliding doors - only downside to these is that they are noisy if opening in night to use bathroom. Hotel very clean and modern feeling but had to leave front door open to get airflow to try to cool room. Great breakfast with fresh breads, fruit and cooked to order pancakes and crepes plus usual continental affair with great 'nothing too much trouble' from staff; hotel even had food and drink vending machines for other times. A variety of restaurants 10mins walk towards the small harbour (we had a great meal at 'La Rotisserie O'). TIP! Hotel is within Zone 5 of Metro (Cergy Prefecture 15-20 mins walk) - suggest getting a roving ticket for the day (as it is only a few Euros more than a return) which is valid on buses as well as Paris sights are spread well out (eg 5Km between Louvre and Eiffel Tower).

Nice rooms, free parking. Friendly staff specially Tatiana. I was alone at Night and she invited me to join a group of other guests with whom she was. Only missing breakfast

I got really upset when I saw that there was only one elevator that isn't working ''smart'' (you have to wait several minutes sometime) and it's the only way to join the parking. The sound insolation is really bad however the rooms are big enough and the bathroom are really clean. Too bad that there's no AC especially In Summer. The breakfast was ok but if you want a chance to get more than just the rest, you better wake up around 7am, plus the hot water wasn't hot enough for a tea or a coffee On the other hand, the price is really good for the rooms and the services proposed.

The hotel is quite and clean. room sizes vary alot. Services are good. Breakfast is very good. The location is not good. It is far away from city center and not so close to the nearst station. The hotel set some events that are good. There are some problems in the heating system in the hotel as well. The parking is free but the strange part is that it has only one entry point and it is the same point of exit.

We stayed here on route when cycling from Dieppe to Paris. It's very much a business hotel, the apartment was good was well equipped and it was easy to store our cycles in our room (they also have a secure locked room in their basement garage). I would imagine this is a good place to stay if you are on business in Cergy. However, not an ideal tourist stop off. A little expensive.

View of the lobby of this apart’hotel we were staying in. A decent breakfast spread and a very open plan dining that is an extension of the lobby. Despite the busy hour, you don’t get the impression of being rushed. The apartments are pretty functional and does cater to most needs. Pretty weird bath/toilet combo in the apartments though. Free parking is an added bonus. Helpful crew all through. 3 stars vs 4 stars is ONLY because of the bath/ toilet

This hotel is the best in Cergy! The rooms are actually studios with a seating area, full kitchen, desk and a very comfortable bed. It was clean and modern with great WiFi. The lobby is also a great place to work from. It is just a five minute walk from Cergy Port, the nicest part of Cergy, which has many nice restaurants. The best part was the front desk staff who were all really friendly. I wanted to extend my stay but they had no more regular rooms to they gave me a free upgrade to a two-story apartment with a giant rooftop terrace!

i can honestly say that my experience was more than satisfactory. What really stood out during my stay was the exceptionally friendly staff that set the tone for an unforgettable trip.
