and
one
bad
experience
on
one
afternoon
doesn't
wipe
out
years
of
good
experiences
at
your
store--this
is
why
I
edited
my
review
to

stars.
Good
day.
I
go
to
this
carrfour
every
week
and
use
the
scanlib
checkout.
Today,
I
went
there
around
17
h30
and
encountered
quite
rude
employees
in
the
scanlib
area.
My
blinker
went
red
as
soon
as
we
arrived,
and
we
waited
for
almost
10
minutes
while
employees
were
helping
others
in
random
order.
So
people
who
arrived
after
me
were
helped
before
me--this
was
the
case
for
many
of
us
who
were
waiting
with
red
blinking
lights.
I
went
to
the
person
who
looked
somewhat
like
a
manager
(she
seemed
like
she
was
training
a
new
employee)
and
asked
for
help
and
she
rudely
scouled
at
me
and
said
"on
arrive",
5
times.
I
said
there
is
no
order
to
who
is
getting
helped.
She
didn't
care
even
though
she
had
seen
me
waiting
for
some
time.
When
another
employee
finally
came
to
help,
she
was
also
rude.
I
was
speaking
to
my
daughter
who
was
with
me,
and
not
to
the
employee
who
was
helping
us,
and
i
was
saying
"there
is
a
good
time
to
train
new
employees
and
this
is
not
the
time
for
it,
there
is
a
HUGE
line
of
people
and
many
blinking
lights"...this
employee
decided
to
join
in
my
conversation
with
my
daughter
and
say
"c'est
comme
ca
madame".
It's
already
quite
difficult
to
navigate
the
store
on
a
Saturday
afternoon
with
all
the
crowds
but
to
also
have
to
deal
with
chaos
at
check
out
and
rudeness
when
I
ask
for
help,
that
is
a
little
too
much.
I
love
this
store,
and
my
kids
LOVE
going
to
it,
so
it's
quite
disappointing
to
be
treated
like
this.
