😠 Awful service! The help desk is very unhelpful and discriminatory.     Awful service! The help desk is very unhelpful and discriminatory. They never pick the phone when you try to make an appointment and when you go there in person they tell you to just call or use e-consult to get your problem fixed. If you sign to get called back, they don't call back, tried it a few times with different phones (Dutch and international). Also it's Corona times but the desinfectie machine has been empty twice out of the three times I've been there. Very unhappy.

    I had a diagonistic check and to get to hear my report, I never got an appointment. With phone they put me on hold for 1 hour each time then gave me an alternate timing . During that time I never got any call or just a small ringer. So you need to be lucky enough to just speak to the reception. I had to call emergency line the only time I could speak to them. Unhelpful and racial . Pathetic service . Not recommended at all.

    the worst practice I have ever experienced in my life. The doctor just misdiagnosed twice and could not solve my problem. I felt hopless!

    Never had problems before, but today (24/10/2022) was one of the most frustrating days of my life! What a terrible assistance was given to my wife this afternoon! Empathy is for sure not a known word for the person who was supposed to assist my wife today. My 2-year old daughter is sick, 4 day in a row with fever, and even though we are aware of the rule that you are only suppose to call if your child had more than 4 days of fever, my wife decided to give the huisarts a call because she was worried about our daughter, since she didn't want to get out of her crib. For her surprise, when she asked if the assistant could speak in English, the assistant answered with a short 'no' and turned off the phone! (note that this is a SGE 'international' place)... After that, my wife tried several times to call again and no one would answer her! So she asked our neighbor for help (Dutch family) and try to make the call, and she got the assistant again very quickly! What a frustrating situation! Very sad behavior of the staff. So, our neighbor was able to explain the situation, and the assistant asked my wife to bring our daughter. Then, when my wife was there, the assistant simply looked at her and asked her to go back to home because our daughter didn't look that bad... Fortunately (thanks God), the doctor listened the whole conversation and asked my wife to enter with our daughter... See, I don't know what is the 'protocol' for attending people, but we call you because we are seeking for help. Yes we are expats, but we are here looking for a better life, specially for our daughter. For God's sake, have a bit of empathy! This is our first child, we don't have family support here, no parents, relatives, a few friends and yet, a difficult staff to deal just because we are calling to the sge sibellius international and trying to ask for advices in English! Very disappointed with the behavior of this person today... What a lack of compassion...

    I just signed up to SGE Sibelius. The first day that I went there, I subscribed very easily and met the GP immediately. The GP was very good, explained everything to me and we had a great talk. I also had a blood test the same day which was very efficient. I am a bit unhappy with the blood test because it left me mark on my hand, but the nurse was great! Very helpful especially when I felt dizzy.

    I was in desperate need of medical attention and this clinic was willing to help me. The GP was very helpful, informative, proffessional, understanding and very direct while keeping a positive attitude towards me. I am beyond greatful for the service provided!

    After calling many times to make an appointment decided to go direct to the clinic. after seeing that the clinic is more of an adults hidden inside playground where no one will attend you or be there for you if you are very sick two people came out and They saw I was clearly sick and couldn’t even barely speak and still sent me home back to calling :|

    Nobody is Working on the Phone Hotline, i try it 3x with each time waiting longer then 10 - 15 Minutes. total time waste to try to get someone on the line. The Call Back is so quick and not and the Time that was called out on phone. they call you later, and hang up after 2sec. after you reach your phone the call has ended already.this wasn`t the First time!
