Roermond is not my thing, but this brand has great pants. Bought 2 and both fit great! The service was good and prompt, despite the crowds. 🚶‍♂️🚶💯

Worst service ever. Came home with pants where the seam was COMPLETELY coming loose. Called several times and asked via WhatsApp for a suitable solution. The only thing the "ladies" could say was that I should come to the store, after I had already said 20 times that that was not possible as it was an hour and a half drive for me! And then another hour and a half back home! (3 hours in total) I was allowed to send the pants back to them AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, which is 20 euros to send to them, they said. Yes thanks, what's in it for me? 20 euros in the trash and I have no pants. Too stingy to come up with a decent solution! It's scandalous! The ladies in the store also felt way too good for everyone who came in here. I've already heard from several people that the pants they sell there are really poor quality.
