High quality and especially nice prices during sale. There is enough clothing and shoes to choose from. I already bought the lots of shirts and even after a couple of years of wearing an washing, they still look good and no problem with the prints. The staff is friendly and helpful to help you find what you’re looking for.

I got a great discount for a pair of boot. And do you know what? I already paid my boots and left the store, when I realized that there's another boots (with higher price) with a bigger discount. Then I asked the salesman, is it okay to buy the new boots and return the one that I'd bought. And yes! I can have the better boots with better quality and better discount. Thank you!

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, I really loved them. But difference between sample and regular article was like in the middle on samples there was no stiches visible. I asked for different pair and seller told me that this is sale so I cant have 100% good pair. Did i expected too much? I know this was a busy and hard day but telling me that every pair have the same look was rude. May be I might buy different model or color, but after this comments I just went away.

Love to shop here because the prices are amazing and you get to shop in a big mall and get everything you want for the best price in Holland. Wish it was more closer to my home so I could go more often. Or maybe it's best it wasn't else I'd be broke now after all the spending I would be doing.

Outlet has many discounted shoes/boots going at 60 euros. There is also Chinese speaking staff inside for tourists who are looking to get something. Gst refund is available here via planet.

Quality products but I'm not satisfied with the winter shoes

I bought a shoes and returened to the shop before 30 days ( i just used it one day outside then i realized that it's hurting my legs badly that' the reason why i decided to return) but the shop keeper in designer outlet roermond didn't accept the return the reason was i used it once , i still didnot get their 30 days return policy. If so called brand behaves in this way how could people trust them . One of the worst customer experince in my life, very disappionted .

Stubborn and uncooperative store manager. Needs to learn how to understanf customer complaints and deal with their requests in a better manner.
