Check you food carefully before you eat. Especially the hamburger, anything can be found in the burger. This is not the worst case, the manager is so rude and never say sorry, she can only say “what do you want?” when you go to her for a sincere apology.

Came here around at 11. Took the double quarter pounder, which I highly recommend. The ketchup pack is the same as we all remember, made out of plastic. Not much to say, but it's quite a good place before / after 12 o'clock😅

Good macdonalds at the Roermond Outlet. However, with a big body like mine, fitting beween the tables might be difficult.

Super slow. I ordered 1 coffee, and only 1 coffee. People ordering after me with super large orders were served before me. Obviously the management doesn’t care of small orders. Pathetic

They had us waiting in line while 2 machines were out of order en 2 cash registers were unattended

Large restaurant with plenty of seats (and a terrace). Food was okay, but the Mc Flurries had already pretty much melted by the time we got them (and were only half full). Luckily the manager was kind enough to make us a couple of new ones.

Compared to the other choices at the designer’s outlet, McDonald’s is not bad at all.

A classic McDonald’s, what can you expect? I hadnt been to McDonalds since 5 years, and they had really changed. We werent paying for the sauces, however every sauce was now 0.80 cent.

My kids love McD, frankly so am I 😊 Staffs here are really friendly, just too bad don't have enough self order system available, always on a long queue during lunch time.

This is how large fries look like in this McDonalds. Ordered take-away, so was able to see it only at the Roermond station. Order N 24, close to 21:00, Oct 22. So manager can check.

Always too busy, you have to wait. Worse that most of the kiosks are out of order.

30 min waiting line. 10 machines to take orders, BUT they only have 3 activated. People change the line to the kebab store close by just because of the waiting time. I guess the owners of this franchise like to see how their income is going to its neighbours business!!

Quality is great as in all McDonald’s. But queues were long.

Always only 2-3 kiosk available. Customers have to wait outside. Why do they installed around 7-8 kiosk? They have to manage this place. It's not first time.

One of the best McDonald's I've been. The food is very delicious, especially their McChicken and Wrap, they got multiple good choices you can choose from Veggie to Chicken meals. The fries were decent as usual, the drinks were refreshing. The service is pretty good, the personnel are welcoming and kind, I could've rate it more but it's my first time so I don't want to overexaggerate the rating. The overall Atmosphere is amazing, it's perfectly noisy and there weren't many diets around and it's clean.

Mc Wrap is much tasty , latte macchiato- delicious 💗

Nice and calm place to enjoy breakfast before the working day begins. Always clean and tidy. Staff are efficient and polite.

It's a Mac what else can you expect food wise. It can get very busy depending on what time you go but usually the 2nd floor is very relaxed.

Grabbing a bite while shopping, then this is a great fast food restaurant. If you don't know Macdonalds, it's a fast food restaurant that mostly serves burgers. They also have some other dishes like wraps or sides, but there specialty is burgers. Highly recommended for low spenders that want a greatm meal.

Clean and well organized but most of automatic ordering are not working

Good we had McD in such a hotspot. Except for the long queue which we had to stand-in and get our food, everything else was fine.

Great place but very few working digital counters and only one cashier

Only 1 out of 8 ordering points open... Had to wait 25 minutes to order and then it takes 30 minutes to prepare a simple 2 person order. Looking for a quick bite in your shopping trip? Don't go here.

It's McDonalds. What else can I say😂 I do think that this particular McDonald's was a bit more expensive than a regular McDonald's. But I guess that was to be expected since it's in Roermond outlet.

A lot of people during the lunch time. Most ordering totem was out of order during my visit.

Toilets are closed, we didn't get any tissues with order to clean up hands. Queue was big and only two of ordering machines were active. Order came complete at least.

1 automated on 8 is working. 15 min to take the order.. Have to go 2 times to the desk to get the complete order. Drinks dans happy meals dessert wa missing Toilet close. Dogs allowed to eat on table...

The kids enjoyed the food and the place was cozy . My recommendation to make the music little bit lower . Because the staff when you order they can't hear you properly. I order 4 chicken burgers I got nuggets. Its was disappointed for the kids because they don't like nuggets . But we don't have time to wait again new order .

Excellent place but there is missing power outlet for the customers charge their devices.

Order is not ready but they take out it from the System look like is already down !!!and 8 years old boy standing on the line and nobody help for him

We have waited about 30 minutes for our order. You could order on five displays simultaneously but in the kitchen were only two employees and one of them also had to serve the food. They did their best and worked fast, but only two people can’t prepare and serve FAST Food for 30 people. It took so long, that more than a dozen orders were piling up. McDonalds is too stingy, they have to hire more employees, especially on a Saturday evening.
