Worst shop i ever meet. I have ordered red runners and waiting for shipping 3 weeks. Some of my spiders dies because didn't recieved food for time. I have called the shop few times, everytime the employer said he will send it tomorrow. He sent the parcel 1 day before christmas evening, and i have to wait again few days. Im keeping away from this shop and don't recomend it. Faster way to get the runners it's going to the jungle and catch some.....

Had a standing order for a month with them. Still unpaid. They were quick to give me pricing and info, but as soon as i had an order they had contact maybe once a week...said they would invoice me.. still nothing. Unfortunately Im disappointed and so will my customers because they now dont have their order. Thankfully no money down though . Just wish communication was better

Not taking care of the animals! Centipede dead(already molting!!!) And spider(for 70€?!) dead in its encolure.

I made an order the 23 of june, we are now the 26 of july, and i'm still waiting to receive it. No answers to my calls, No answers to my mails, But they have my money.

If they don't have what you are looking for in the shop, they can and will order it. But great selection, though. Very helpful with any questions you may have. Not quite sure if it's accessible for disabled people. Maybe through a back entrance.
