The price of 130€ per day with breakfast is way too much. The breakfast is very small and doesn't have a good quality. It's not like the pictures from the hotel, there are no pancakes etc and the dishes are dirty.

Nice place to hang out for a good cup of coffee. Friendly staff, really pleasant atmosphere. I do like sitting outside, comfortable seating.

We stayed here for 1 night and had the standard double room. The hotel itself is super neat and clean. Upon entering the host was very helpful and nice. We got some explanation on where to find our room (thank god, it's huge). Upon entering the room we were happily surprised by the size, the large bed, the coffee and nice bathroom with toiletries. The only thing we could recommend is to put some plants in the hallways (might make it more difficult for the cleaning services perhaps?) But that would make the normally grey hallways a little bit more cosy and alive. The location itself is amazing and very close to the city center. We had a great experience and everything went very smooth. Thank you for hosting us and perhaps till another time! I'd go back here if I ever need to be in Roermond.

Over all, satisfied. Cool modern hotel. Just about 2-3 years old. Room furniture Ikea Style. Room size very comfortable even for a longer stay. Everythingstill in good conditionsand clean. Very comfortable and big Box Spring Bed. Parking costs only 6€ per day! And for the breakfast they offered good and fresh choices. IMPOREVABLES: I missed in my room a small fridge. And the desk working light need to be brighter. There was a 400 lm, 2700 Kelvin lamp in. I propose tho change it to ~4000 Kelvin, 600 lm. I could not find a switch for the AC to adjust or switch it off. The location, very near to the center and max. 15 minutes walking to the outlet center is great and easy reachable. I would definitely go Nero Office again!

The hotel is very close to the city center, it only takes ten minutes to walk, and the service attitude is really good ☺️

Awesome hotel. Office rooms are fully equipped and really charming. Global hotel style is impressive. There are playing room at 3r floor as laundry and food. Nice place if you just wanna drink with friends. Prices are not huge facing the global quality of service and products delivered.

Good and clean rooms and central location, the breakfast however wasn't offering much in my opinion.

Great hotel very comfortable and staff are kind caring and very helpfull. Great location and train services are an easy walk away. Shops riverside all within ten minute walk.

Bed, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel staff all very friendly, speak very good English 👍. Buffet breakfast was AMAZING!! Unfortunately, they don't offer dinner (no chef). Every day the cleaning staff made our bed! A handful of restaurants are minutes away (walking), or a cab ride to main area with lots of restaurants.
