Worst experience of my year. DO NOT SHOP HERE 3 month delay so far and there is no indication that this will be rectified any time soon. Instead of giving us this information we had to call and find out about every single delay ourselves. At first it was supposed to be 6 weeks delivery. Turned into 10 weeks. Turned into 12 weeks. Was most certainly supposed to be done by 15 weeks...obviously did not work out. Employees hung up on my girlfriend. Promised to call us back with a solution which never happened. The table is in store at multiple other franchises but somehow we have to wait until infinity and beyond. Cancelation of course is not possible because despite being not capable of delivery there is a 30% fee.

We were in search for rolling stand clothing racks but had no luck finding it here. But we did find a table we absolutely loved. We are a family of six with a very small table. So this place almost have it all of this you'd love to fill your house up with. Details to better almost all of your rooms. We will most definitely come back to this store. The staff here looks friendly enough to ask since we live about 30 to 35 mins away if in bulk we shop can we have it delivered to our house. But all in all I'd say it's the best we've seen yet, and we are ones who refuse to go to IKEA.

Long leadtime on items and staff not co-operative. I rather go to another Pronto store which can deliver quicker. Furniture itself is good and also the free rental service to pickup you furniture is nice.

Ze waren er, gelukkig. Thuis aangekomen. Wipt een van de stoelen. Geprobeerd om het onderstel een beetje bij te buigen. Helaas het onderstel breekt en een poot eraf. Pffffff. Ik ben helemaal klaar met Pronto en hun afhaalmagazijn. Helaas nu net via een internet een nieuwe stoel besteld. Kan dit type stoel helaas nergens anders kopen, dus ik moet wel bij Pronto kopen. Dit wordt de laatste aankoop bij pronto. NOOIT MEER PRONTO !!!!!!!!!!!!
