No hot water to shower and onsen broken! We came for onsen. Checked in at 5pm and goto onsen. Very strange no hot water to clean body. Also black power in bottom of outdoor onsen. Told staff. 10pm we asked why still no hot water for shower. And other customers complaining too. Think they should notify all the guests instead of waiting for complain. Lucky booked only one night and no dinner. Bad experience. They are not sorry for the incident the manner they speak.

I booked this hotel for holiday. But onsen was not working, also no hot water for shower. And no one told me. The temperature only 14 degrees. Cost me ¥53000/per night. Totally unacceptable!

Excellent Onsen (facing the ocean); very good food; clean and spacious room. Unfortunately, I can only give them a 2 star rating due to two issues: My room did not have the necessary doors or curtains between the room and the balcony. Sunlight would come through the windows into the room very early in the morning. We raised this issue with the staff in the evening but were not able to get any help and sadly their answer was our room was not facing directly to the east (we were facing southeast), therefore they did not consider it as major issue. The shower in the room was not operating properly. The water temperature was either too hot or too cold. It was impossible to take a proper shower in our room. Considering the price they were charging, we were disappointed.

Excellent Ryokan with a great view! Service was impeccable and the location was amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous Onsen Ryokan in Inatori. Rooms face the Pacific ocean and the view is spectacular. The onsen on the rooftop is also facing the ocean and on clear days you can see stars at night while bathing and listen to the waves touching the shore.

Very friendly staffs. Got a great Seaview room. Very friendly and English-speaking staff to introduce our set breakfast and set dinner. Enjoyable onsen with Seaview. Very happy to have come to enjoy two nights here.
