Really wish I could give less then one star but this place shouldn’t even be in businesses, after they tried to charge for dirty towels I had to use a door way because there is no mat and I’m not gonna keep stepping in a wet sloppy door way as it’s winter. Then the inn keeper proceeded to try and intimidate me and follow me out because I said I was gonna give a bad review which he stated was me threatening him and I nicely explained that’s what customers do when they have a bad experience, very unprofessional and the old white gentleman should be fired.

The stay was horrible. Staff was rude both in person and on the phone. There were fights outside my room and garbage all over the premises. Not a friendly place at all.

A very well run hotel offering a complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms and a well maintained establishment. Spacious rooms with a comfortable sitting area. Microwave and fridge is in the room. Convienent off and on access north and south.

I can see that the staff have imroved in dress and mannerism. I would strongly recommend paying attention to fine detail in light of customer comfort. The room temperature was set to sauna. The thermostat was a dial located behind the TV on the floor. It was cluttered with wires, which presented a safety hazard. The air conditioning did not function properly. The staff was friendly, though I felt my addressing the safety issue may have fallen on deaf ears. The restaurant was closed. It's not a big deal as I had another location in mind to eat. The breakfast was presented with a very cheap and unappealing layout. However, I am seeing this a lot in the Wyndham hotel chain as of late. I won't be returning. I travel to many hotels. I am usually forgiving in my reviews but getting tired of having a terrible breakfast as I work long days. Step it up, Wyndam. The breakfast eggs and sausage are disgusting. A bowl of fresh apples would go a long way. The last Wyndham I stayed at had rotten apples in the bowl for two weeks. I had to complain to the supervisor for them to remove. It was not refilled.

I want to commend Danile for his exceptional service during my hotel stay. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my stay even more memorable. Thank you, Danile!

Don’t get a room on the first floor if you are wanting a quiet night and you do not want to Wade through people smoking all around the building in camp chairs at the front doors and at the guest room exterior doors. It was gross and if you turn on your room fan it sucks the smoke into the room - gassing you out. And if you have Asthma like me - well now you are triggered and having an attack.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating; professional and courteous. Breakfast was good enough. Carpet in room (#303) was dirty and also loose and worn out, in need of replacement. Room didn't smell great. Something sticky like Coke was splashed on the bathroom door frame, uncleaned. Bar fridge was noisy and may be on its last legs.
