Absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can’t believe the other reviews I’ve seen on here. Our server Nikia was very prompt, helpful and accurate with our order! Also we highly recommend the ultimate surf n’ turf meal with Brussels sprouts and trying the fried calamari appetizer! Everything was fresh and melts in your mouth. Definitely going to be a recurring customer to the Durham Red Lobster!

Great experience! My server, Kia, is amazing! She is sweet and attentive. I saw her with other customers and she seems very genuine. Food is delicious with great flavor and came out quickly. Definitely will be back to this location soon!

2:35 sitting here waiting and waiting. Waitress been by twice and saw my glass empty I see 3 other tables in here with me they can't even mantain 4 tables wow horrible staff haven't even got food yet. 2:45 Update been by dropped soup still no drink and went by again to another table and still no refill. 2:50 soup refill still no drink. 2:55 drink refill and drank it all was so thirsty

The service was okay. The pictures is the meal we ordered. We requested the shrimp skewers to be cooked a little more. When server finally brought the shrimp back, there a an extremely long black hair wrapped around the shrimp🤢🤮. The manager was called and he apologized and simply offered to replace the skewers. He did and added a few more shrimp. I lost my appetite and was unable to finish my meal. I won't go there again just based on how this experience was handled.

It was a nice lunch. The food was tasty. Red lobster biscuits are always great. Tasted better with the sauce from the shrimp scampi. The food was nice, and the bartender was a sweetheart. For lunchtime, it had a good amount of folks. Would definitely go again.

Our food was good, but the kitchen was insanely slow. It took them over 30 min to get our order out and that was only after the manager went back and put it together herself. The server was new, so it wasn't her fault that they didn't train her completely before throwing her to the wolves. She performed well under pressure though. The dragon shrimp is really great, and of course the biscuits are always good. The decor/furniture is dated, but in decent condition. Overall, decent experience but not wonderful for the cost.

Went for Thanksgiving, made a reservation. Service & food was excellent. Location was clean and welcoming. I think you for being open for those of us who don't have the big family to eat with.

Was celebrating a new car purchase for my mom, and I must say this place has changed since I was a kid, and as an adult, I don't know how much time is left for this franchise. Not quite poppin like how I remember. With that being said. I believe this particular restaurant was closed for some time and reopened recently. I ordered the surf and turf and was told that the grill was down shortly after ordering. That my steak can only be well done as supposed to medium well due tonhaving to cook it differently. Then for my mom they ran out of a particular part of lobster that was served with her order. The chef/ district manager came out and offered us excellent customer service and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a free appetizer. He managed to get the steak close to medium well and I am completely satisfied with how it came out. The famous cheddar biscuits were good, but u can tell they have been sitting out a while and were smaller than what they used to be. Overall, the service was good. I hope they get their franchise on track and adhere to the staff the issues in the kitchen before orders are put in. Especially on a Saturday and it was not that busy.

Service was very good. Looks like there is a sufficient amount of staff. I even noticed the manager being available to assist with the customers while it was busy.

We were quick to be noticed when we walked into the restaurant and we got a table pretty quickly as well. Our waitress was very nice and we enjoyed our time at Red Lobster. The cheddar biscuits were hot and fresh and wonderful!

Great time had with impromptu Friday lunch date. They have stepped up their game! Food was hot, drinks were cold. Michelle was attentive, but not intrusive..her timing was perfect.

My second time here was a lot better than my first. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was extremely greasy my first time. I ordered the broiled flounder the second time because I wasn't going to mess with anything fried again. It redeemed the restaurant.

Young Lady named Jade was a terrific food ambassador. She's exceptional. The food was wonderfully prepared and presented. Keep up the great work...Look forward to revisiting

We went for a birthday dinner and enjoyed the friendly service and generous portions. Our waiter was particularly nice. Being mostly a vegetarian, I was completely satisfied with the yummy baked potato and Caesar salad. The biscuits are 👌👌👌 Those who eat seafood will like the range and large portions. A mix of diners enjoying themselves in a comfortable setting.
