Yes,
I
am
aware
that
a
3-star
hotel
cannot
provide
us
with
the
same
level
of
service
as
a
5-star
hotel.
However,
the
quality
of
service
provided
to
visitors
(both
domestic
and
foreign)
should
be
monitored.
I
should
state
that
there
should
be
an
improvement
in
the
quality
of
service
for
the
reasons
listed
below.
1.
A
broken
tile
in
the
pool
caused
my
4-and-a-half-year-old
kid
to
get
hurt.
We
told
the
front
desk
workers
about
it.
She
clarified,
saying,
"Yes,
Sir,
another
guest
complained
and
it
has
been
broken
for
about
a
week."
2.
I
asked
for
a
glass
of
hot
water
from
the
service
during
dinner.
It
took
him
thirty
minutes
to
deliver
the
glass.
3.
3.
It
took
us
an
extra
ten
to
fifteen
minutes
to
check
out
since
my
wife
was
covering
my
son's
leg
after
he
was
injured
in
the
pool.
A
caller
from
the
front
desk
asked,
"We
did
not
receive
your
door
key;
at
what
time
do
you
expect
to
hand
it
over?"
As
a
result,
the
service
is
horrible,
so
consider
your
options
carefully
before
choosing
one
of
Hikka's
several
3-star
hotels,
which
offer
decent
service.
