A very silent and calm space. Walking distance from Hikkaduwa Beach. Staff is really cool and comfortable to deal with. Place is super clean and pleasent. Can reccomenned as a best place to stay under a budget. Stay and the service is really worth the price.☺️

I can only add that manager is a weird person. Didnt stayed there because they dont have any protection against mosquitos, no nets at all and without any oxygen intake staying in the room would be impossible for me

Very nice hotel, big room for 3 people on the ground floor. The doors close at 9PM, but you can still go in with a different key to another door. You can dry your clothes outside, very practical. Good price

I have quite a double impression about this hotel. From one side it is rather good: clean, good furniture, hot water (which is sometimes a luxury in Sri Lanka). However I can not recommend this hotel because it is impossible to sleep there. May be it depends on which side your room is, but  in our room there was a cacophony of all types of souns :  birds, insects, dogs, trains which started to pass every half hour around 5 am. The problem is that there are ventilation holes above the window. You can't close them, so all outside sounds are really disturbing.

Good for the price. Everything was very clean, super simple but comfortable enough. Good location right in the center, so about a ten minute walk from either end of the strip. A good place if you keep to yourselves, the staff isn't going to help you much.

Clean place with limited parking space. Rooms are not very spacious but nothing to complain. they have a very small menu tried Srilankan breakfast and it was not so good. 5 minutes walk to the beach beside Cinnomon Hikka trans.

Nice place near bus stop, railway station and beach. There are three nice beaches nearby: with turtles, nirigama surfing beach and beach with a lot of fish. Owner is always on his place and always halped with any questions.

Highly affordable packages.. well maintained environment with extra attention payed for cleanliness. Located at a very convenient setting. Suitable place for a economical vacation down south.

Place is not good due to the person who act as manager or the owner of this place. I think he has some previous bad experience or mental issue (sorry for using this words, but it is the reality) . He has a natural tendency of creating trouble what ever the incidents he is involving with local customers.

The place was good , clean and tidy , closer to the galle road, access to many good restaurants and bars,walking distance to the Hikkaduwa beach, However I would never recommend this place due to the manager or the owner is such a rude person, Checkout time given as 12:00 noon , he tried to use duplicate key and open the door around 11:50 AM , when I asked him why he mentioned he has called twice but we haven't respond, But still he shouldn't be opening a room in such cases, While we got out by 11:58 he was so disrespectful. As we closed the balcony door closed since we noticed the drain next to that we didn't face much of mosquitoes.

Manager/owner is rude, unethical, very aggressive person. + In mid night, while we were sleeping. He entered into our room by using another key. + You don't have privacy in here. + He is listening to your chats. + Always come and give orders (turn off lights) + You cannot eat anything inside the room. You have to came out from the room to eat. + Hot water facility is limited. They turn off it in nights. + No parking.

This place is not safe don't go there there are Thief and we called the police to come to help us ( this place is not safe)
