We’ve just recently moved to Oregon all the way from Hawaii, and came across Quatama Crossing Apartments. We LOVE the community and the amenities the place provides. One of the main things we worried about moving was safety, but Quatama has ensured that we are safe with security guards and a hotline that is ran 24/7. The place is very clean and well maintained. The workers really do a great job keeping up with the place. We love how pet friendly the place is! Such a good place to raise your family, they have playgrounds throughout the complex, a pool, a gym, basketball court and even an after school program for the kids. We really do enjoy living here, they really take care of us residents! I can’t forget to mention that there is a food truck every Wednesday!!! They love supporting local business which is awesome. The apartment location is very convenient, we have a max stop that is only about 2 minutes away!

I have lived here for over 15 yrs & for the most part it is a great place to live. Unfortunately in a large community apt complex there are going to be problems. I would recommend Quatama Crossing Apts for a great place to live for single ppl or family's. They have great seasonal community activities for all ages. There are great parks near by with awesome walking/hiking paths. One of the parks has that golf disk game course. Then there are alot of great places close by for hiking, camping, off-roading, lake & rivers for fishing, Kayaking & paddleboarding. If your an outdoor active person you will find something close by. Plus many businesses as will surround our community.

I’ve lived here at this property for ten years, and I hope I never have to move. I have always had a wonderful experience with all of the staff. Maintenance is top notch and the neatly manicured landscapes is an extremely inviting community for animals and families. It truly feels like I have a family between all of the neighbors and staff.! Quatama crossing is my home and I look forward to coming to it every day

These apartments are pretty nice. They’re spacious, even the one-bedrooms aren’t at all cramped. They’re well maintained, and the maintenance/management are always quick to respond. I gave 4 stars because I really don’t like that the residents are allowed to smoke on their balconies and that parking can be difficult at times. And the rent is a bit high for an “income restricted” complex. It’d be helpful if it were lower, especially for those of us living alone in a one-bedroom. I do like it here, but I may have to look into moving again.

Moved here recently so I will update this as needed with further experience, but so far I have had a very good experience here at Quatama Crossing apartments! During the viewing and application process Victoria was super helpful, very nice and professional. Even though she was wrapping up a different appointment and running a tiny bit behind when we arrived she had someone else attend to us until she could come over a few minutes later! I appreciated that. The few times I've needed maintenance since moving they have come either same day, or day after if it wasn't more urgent of an issue or later in the day. When I wasn't home they called to see when it would work since I have animals and prefer to be present while they work on things. They held a community yard sale, which really helped bring in some extra money as well as helped to clear some no longer needed items! I feel it could have possibly been advertised more for depending what or where they posted? The traffic wasn't huge during the event, but possibly could have just been people not interested in it. Haven't had any neighbor issues, so far people seem nice overall. Decent amount of availability with parking, even without a carport or a garage (both are extra fees per month!) And no other issues so far.

Quatama Crossing is a great apartment complex, and should definitely be on your list if you are looking to be centrally located. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because while it is centrally located, it is almost a necessity to have a car to get to some of the nearby places easily. Otherwise, you are in for at least a 15 minute walk each way. The only other option is a light rail station 10 minutes away on foot. Apart from the public transportation issue, everything else has been top-notch. The leasing office is easy to deal with and response quickly to request, offers package drop off, and will get back to you very quickly. Maintenance requests are also handled in a timely manner. The amenities like the fitness center and pool are kept clean, and are almost always accessible. Landscaping is also done frequently so nothing feels too overgrown or neglected. Garbage and recycling areas are also kept up well. Lastly, community events feel genuine, and are a pleasure to attend.

We definitely had our choice when finding an apartment. We toured many complexes until we stumbled upon Quatama. Our experience has been nothing but pleasant. Victoria was extremely helpful with our application process and move in. We love the amenities that are offered. We use the gym regularly in the hot tub. We also love that our neighbors are so quiet and peaceful. Really feels like a community you wanna be a part of. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a gorgeous and affordable place to live. Thank you so much Quatama team. We appreciate you so much.

Great family environment! All my neighbors feel like family. Ive never had an apartment complex so welcoming when it comes to pets of all breeds and sizes. The office staff is absolutely amazing. So helpful, Even when it comes to personal tasks like help with the printer. The amenities are so enjoyable. Open season pool. Gym. Hot tub. Movie theater. Security that walks the premises at night keeping our cars safe. The maintenance is hard working and feel like family as well. I've lived here many years and plan on happily staying ☺️

It is a very quiet, safe and comfortable place to live!!
