They are a friendly store. They always have what I'm looking for. It seemed their outdoor furniture selections are getting slimmer, but still adequate. I do comparison-shop between Home Depot, Lowe's and Ace Hardware. Their prices are still comparable. Customer service was great. Thank you for a positive experience.

The only thing that I am going to criticize and I hope that they improve it, is that there are many rats in the garden area. Aisle of grass seed to be exact. I only managed to take a picture of a rat but I got to see three. It is very ironic that it is the same hall of rat venom.

I’ve never met a “bad” employee at any Home Depot until today. Enough so that she made me give up the entire project and put everything back on the shelf. Marcie was extremely condescending, not patient at all, and kept interrupting my questions. Thanks for making me feel bad about my questions and for saving me money, Marcie.

This store is unique in that they have a very available, helpful, and friendly staff. I've spent a significant amount of time patronizing Home Depots in the Austin, Texas area for many years - and they do not compare in these aspects.

The lady who helped us at the key machine was not very helpful. Immediately dismissed our request for help with nothing more than saying we don't cut those keys. No explanation, no advice. She didn't have any time for us apparently. So much for service with a smile.

For appliances I'll go there to see what the items actually look like and then go home and order them online. The workers were diligently helping others and it was a busy Sunday. They have some very cool Halloween ish up already

This Home Depot in Sun City Center is one of my favorite Home Depot in the area. They have employees with a lot of knowledge and are serviceable. If they do not have a product, they provide options.

When Home Depot first opened they hired tradesmen to work in their departments and paid them well. You could count on them to be knowledgeable in their department and give good accurate advice. Not anymore. Associates hide and most are annoyed if you need assistance with anything. It’s a good place to go if you already know what you need and don’t mind navigating through the store employees standing around to check yourself out.

If you're the store manager that reads this review, please ensure you have the correct quantity of items for certain products in your store. This is literally my second time in your store for two weeks, and you don't have any of the items I came there for. The Home Depot website for this specific location (Sun City Center), shows that there are X amount of the product in stock. When I get to the store, there's nothing there. Trust me, I went to the correct location and matched the product SKU with the product tag at the location of the product. I understand you're not able to keep track of all the quantity of the items in your store, but something needs to happen. Because it's becoming a nuisance at this point. Thank you.

If you need assistance finding something or have questions...good luck finding someone to help you. Return lines are normally long. If you know what you need and where to find it then things are fairly easy. Ordered some same delivery items that never showed up after 5 days of being told they will arrive today. Outdoor houseplant area had plants that were half dead and water inside planters (I guess from rain) - not very well maintained.

Their customer service is not very good here. And they really never have anything that you going to look for. Some people are really really nice and then there’s the other ones that they just don’t want to help.

Great store with a wide assortment of hardware, lumber construction materials and other home improvements, goods. Easy refund policy.

"Shout out to Peggy"! About one week ago my husband and I had to purchase a pallet of concrete. We were helped by the nicest cashier yet. Peggy made sure someone got to us in a timely manner and safe one. As they loaded our vehicle Peggy kept me company. She chatted about how she enjoys her job and how she is going on 8 years with the company. She even mentioned how hard it can get to work with some health issues that she has been battling. But she thrives her best to make it to work when scheduled. Even during today's visit there was Peggy again with a smile on and wonderful energy. Peggy gets a A++ in our book. Very good asset to the company. Keep up the great work Peggy.

Went in store to purchase some light bulbs. After no associates help to find bulbs I wanted. Went to find a cashier to purchase. No cashier available Only self checkout. 4 cashiers standing around watching self checkout and not 1 regular cashier lane open. Won't be Back!

Can’t say more enough a lot of time as female I don’t really do much of DIY but love to come here where they will show you how to build everything together and always friendly staff help me with all I needs

I had a mistake on a curbside delivery, I was short an item on a weekend project our family was working on. I called customer service and this man TIM is so wonderful! He personally delivered the missing item! Holy customer service!!! You never see this now a days.

Was looking at a scratch n' dent item. Asked a clerk what the markdown price was, he went to get someone else. That girl just looked at the ticket and said the price listed, not accounting for the damage and no further explanation. After we left, I called the store. After their annoying recorded message and go here and go there, I finally got someone helpful. We didn't get the answer we would like, but we finally got a knowledgeable answer. Not just guessing without looking into the matter. Decided we just go to Lowe's. Almost always get better service.

They almost always have what you need in stock. Very friendly and helpful workers work here. Nothing to complain about.

Sharon helped me with all the questions and answers. She was amazing and took all the time that I needed to explain a huge process with my driveway. The Home Depot, you do need people like Sharon

My two daughters and myself went in to grab some cleaning supplies really quick. My oldest loves to help scan and our cashier was so helpful! She seen I had my hands full with my youngest and our items and she helped my oldest scan and pay for our stuff. It was such a cool and fun experience for her! I wish I had caught the employees name!

Looking for grab bars for the bathroom and a lock box. Had to ask another customer who was taller than me to get the grab bars down for me. Nice selection of grab bars. Finding the lock box was a bit of a challenge. After asking 2 employees and not finding it, finally I found someone who knew where it was.

Horrible customer service. Normally I am the type of person that I don’t like to ask for help but because we need it we ask. Husband ask Bob and he said he was going to send Bill well Bill never came in so I was in the gardening center and we ask another guy and he said like with attitude of “I don’t want to help” he said well if that is what it said that it what is going to do so we walked back to the first aisle were supposedly Bill was supposed to come (nothing) but Bob showed up and he said did you get any help from Bill and we said no. It looks like nobody wants to help us them she shout out “ I don’t give up ***** of what you think” and then I ask why you are screaming out at us and I said that is not even customer services, then He start walking away so I follow him and he did like an attitude like a child hiding his name and still screaming at me. Finally another person came which it was not the store manager but it was Nathan Creps tool manager and he tried to help us and calm us down but the services and the experiences was horrible. I will never come back to that store. I can’t believe someone can just treat they customer and said profanity to a customer who is only looking to buy something.

This review is for the Home Depot rental department, I rented one of their trucks and they request to return the vehicle topped off with gas, so as I always do I stop at the gas station right in their parking lot and fill the tank until it clicks off, one time even to the point of gass spilling out of the tank, so I return it and they tell me it's not topped off and to go back and fill the tank, I explained that I already did and they did not accept that, so they said they will have to charge me $10.00 per gallon with a $21.00 minimum charge, I accepted this as I knew that the tank was already filled, they ended up charging me $21.88, they did not put 1/10th of a gallon of gas let alone 2 gallons, this behavior is extremely petty and open to their interpretation of what a topped off tank looks like to their eyes. I am writing this because I am a very loyal customer and spend 10s of thousands of dollars there every year and to let them know they have lost a customer over this experience and also to warn people this is how they will be treated at this location so beware. Home Depot I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Never order anything online here cuz obviously it's not really going to be able to be curbside pick up and you may be able to get it in 2 weeks. "In stock" doesn't mean In Stock. And I was pretty much told oh well as I have someone coming to do my house. Negative -5

This is my go to place for all of my home improvement projects and for the past year it’s been my master bathroom. It’s amazing some of the high end stuff you can get from them at reasonable prices and the interest free credit for 12, 18, or 24 months has enabled me to work it into my budget. The most recent purchase was a copper claw foot tub which is the centerpiece of the remodel. I was concerned the price would go up when it came back in stock after copper prices were at all time highs but was pleasantly surprised to see they held the same. I bought the copper sinks, fixtures, thinset, wood, fasteners, plumbing and tools here. Many were ordered online and delivered to my home or the store. I’ve included some photos of my project.

Love it! Well organized and the stuff is super nice and attentive. I hope the people on the Nursery part get all a raise because they deserve it, no joke. For such a nice service I really hope they get payed more than good. Nice plants, well taken care of. On spring there are lots of butterflies.
