Expect long lines with very little check outs open , over 20 checkouts and your lucky if 4 are open, self check out lanes usually backed up more than halfway to the back of the store, doors on pharmacy side close either at 7pm or earlier , the store closes at 11 but you can expect pallets full of unloaded merchandise to be scattered throughout the store during all hours making it near impossible to push shopping carts through aisles and pathways they act like they dont close at 11 , since 24 hour instore shopping has been taken away youd think theyd have close to 8 hours at night to restock with no customers in store, aisles have been reset during store hours and employees will get upset with you for trying to shop down an aisle that they have taken everything from the shelves and thrown it on the floor, if youre a semi driver , they will beat on your door around 10pm and tell you to leave or the police will be called they dont want you getting your government regulated sleep in there parking lot even though they wont be open ( huge thanks to the truckers trying their best to restock your store) seen this happen multiple times, last but not least receipt police at the doors, friendly reminder to all, youre not required to stop and show proof of purchase for items that are legally yours Updated 5.23.2022 stores still open and looks like this, why not wait until you close and do all this after 11pm , you have men climbing on top of the refrigerated foods while customers are shopping, who wants to buy food while workings are climbing on it and dropping empty boxes everywhere and dust from construction Edited 07/01/2022 , No lights on in the oatking lot from 930pm to 1045pm , cant see people walking , cant see carts left in spaces, cant see painted lines to park, people almost getting hit trying to walk in, self checkout only, appears checkout with employees are leaving, self check out lanes roped off, employees get mad when you open the rope to check out, no one understands how they want you to check out no starting point for the checkouts

I do not frequently shop at Walmart, because of the service and selections, but this Wimauma FL Walmart takes it to another level. Customer service line was ridiculous with one attended who spoke very little English. Manager on duty was also very clueless. I told both the employees there was a bunch of returned meat items sitting in a cart. First the employee told me I was wrong, then said she does not understand, then the manager did not understand why fresh and frozen meat would not be okay just sitting in a cart for hours. If you buy perishables at this location just beware. If you buy frozen food and it looks like it was defrosted and refrozen, you know now it was. I included a "blury" picture because the manager tried to keep me from taking the picture. You can see the cart to the left has bologna, frozen hamburger, and 2 other packaged meats.

If I could give it zero star I would put it yesterday I made a purchase of 462 dollars which I went through a cashier who gave him 362 dollars in cash and he only went through the cash register 162 when I was passing the card I realized that I still had a total debt. 300 dollars which I realize and I'm telling him to verify the cash that I gave him 362 after trying to make me look crazy I call another employee who I told him what was happening because he didn't understand me and then he didn't want to come back to me count the cash and she actually saw that I gave her 362 in cash because she was so nervous that she marked 200 dollars more to try to fix the mistake but she made a mistake again and put 200 more in cash, I mean I had given her 162 first then everything I did 200 +200 already, oh, they had to call the manager and after waiting almost an hour until the big manager arrived, who instead of arriving apologizing for what happened, arrived arrogant and with a posture of realizing that since we don't speak English very well or At no point did my niece even apologize in the middle of it and start recording everything. The impotent manager they have there for recording calls the police and they take us away as if we were thieves. The police also didn't even ask what happened or anything. The worst Walmart ever. There is and the manager, I just tell you, God bless you and that nothing like this happens to any of your children, if you have one, because instead of solving the bad time you screwed up, I don't even know how they could give you that position

It's over crowded with people. The smell is overwhelming when you walk in. Dirty, and isles are normally blocked by boxes. Checkout lines are constantly very long due to only having a few cashiers (keep this in mind with frozen items in your cart). Plenty of self checkout lines but typically not all are online and available. Parking is a nightmare. Usually someone in the lot trying to sell you pies and other baked goods claiming for charity. Always a vendor at the front door selling something and insisting you stop and talk to them. Not worth the frustration to go here. The population has grown so fast in the area this store can't keep up. Thank you to the staff members whom are nice, pleasant and work. It's a shame all the others who bring this place a bad reputation. UPDATE: September 2023 came back for a garden item. The store has been cleaned up. I didn't smell the awful stench anymore. The employees I encountered were pleasant. Seems they may have changed management because this location has gotten better. Continues to be very crowded but it was quick getting through checkout.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a pock up order after watching everyone else come and go. Called the number on the signs, recording said "not available". Called through the store, was repeatedly put on hold after a person picked up... never answering, 20" of that. Flagged down the runners of the groceries, 1 said they are working on it... after having waited an hour and app said it was picked up, 45" before. Waited, still not brought out. Caught another person, Maxwell, who WAS helpful. 15" later finally obtained my small order! If I would have been able to go in, I would not have ordered pick up!

20 self checks - 8 checkers available - 4 checkers open - 6 to 7 deep to checkout - 20 min to get through line - this is typical of Walmarts non-rural areas of Florida - EVERYONE SHOULD BOYCOTT until they return to a customer based model. Keep the self for people picking up 5 or 6 items but if you don't want customers in stores just shut them down

Don't like self checkout. But be cause I don't want to stand in a long line because only 3 were open with lots in line. That is why most times I go to Win Dixie they have self checkout but always have most of the cashier's open. Not like you.

Customer service does not pick up the phone. I have been “transferred” to customer service 5 times, all of which wound up with a random associate picking up the phone and transferring me AGAIN. I am trying to locate a lost item, but they will not pick up the phone. I tried for over 20 minutes and never got through to customer service, which is the ONE PART OF THE STORE THAT SHOULD BE ANSWERING THEIR PHONE. I need a simple yes or no answer on whether something is in lost and found. How hard is this???

Nice Walmart , they could really stock at night vs peak hrs it be great. Makes it pretty crammed in there. The self checkout even though line moves pretty fast is a hot mess and long. Otherwise store is clean, and has what you're looking for .

Terrible waiting times at the register...that's all Update: Seems the wait have subside after making 95% of the registers self checkout. The next problem is the lack of grocery products...

A lot of people in there and some of the younger kids who work in the electronics department definitely know what they're doing to. The older lady at the dressing room exceptionally nice and even manage to pick the lock to it because kids like to joke around and lock it and shut the door. The public around there don't seem to care what their stores look like and leave dirty diapers and garbage laying about everywhere even I've stopped and picked up some while walking back to my car.

This Superstore is always well stocked. They run out of the cooked food quickly, so get there early. Was pleased with the hair salon. Got in there early and out quickly...kinda pricey maybe that's why there weren't too many customers.

Not one employee I asked where something was could tell me where to find what I was looking for..and the greeter was acting like Gastappo when I was leaving and denied them to check my stuff..she said thos," you have to show me your receipt, it's the law." I told them as I tell everyone that tries to inspect my stuff, "I've paid for this stuff,it now belongs to me and you have no right to see what i have.."

Can't stand the amount of walmart employees taking up space in the aisles shopping for other people. Literal lack of care for the people that are shopping for themselves in the ever shrinking aisles. Then the age old "never enough cashier lanes open." Why are all the employees shopping for other people instead of helping the people that dhop there frequently in person?! Just irritating. Walmart gotten big enough for us to have to feel appreciated for taking advantage of its customers.

Constantly out of items that show as in stock online. Absolutely terrible substitutions for online orders which now always need to be returned in store even if ordered online. Long lines and chaos all the time. No employees are happy to be there (I wouldn't be either). Generally dull, dank and depressing, overwhelming environment. Consistently have dead plants for sale in the garden center and the clearance aisle is mostly trash- not bad products but literal trash: empty packaging, half drunk Dunkin' on the shelf, etc. 2 stars because believe it or not it still could be worse 🙃

I was pleased with the service of all but one of the employees. There were no available carts in the recharge section. Three genuinely concerned, friendly, courteous, helpful, female employees, asked if I wanted an electric cart, and made sure I got one. I had a few returns that I had ordered online. The woman in Customer Service was everything as I described the other three women to be, to me and my son. Everyone made me feel comfortable and were helpful, except the greeter. I'm going to let the company know of his actions.

Lots of items not in stock. Waited 15 minutes to order meat at deli and still could not get anybody to take my order no one was at the counter. And another 15 minutes waiting in line for self check out as half the machines weren't working. The neighborhood Walmart off Big Bend its smaller but much easier To get In-N-Out of and they do stock a fair amount of choices.

I’ve lived here for a while now and every time I come in majority of the employees are standing around. Normally I wouldn’t care-however when there are no carts inside and this is a predominantly older community it’s a little irritating. Today I had to get a cart for an older couple who had walked far from their car. The carts were back by their car. Do better walmart. If I could post pics on here I would.

It's very sad to say that this Walmart, even though it's well stacked, most of the employees are so rude and with no manners at all! Every time l have gone to do my purchases, (Every time) l encounter the rudeness of its employees. One of them, even went back and forth with me when l asked her the location of something l was looking for. She rolled her eyes and ask me to go and read the signs. The manager, a young girl, could also care less. One of the occasions, l requested someone to help me to put a large grill l purchased in my car, and she looked at me like l was crazy. She immediately told me, " I don't have anyone that can help you" and there were guys all over playing and screaming around the supermarket. Lots of them smell like weed and some are cursing in the supermarket. I will never come back here.

I love this location and usually stop in when traveling by. Today I was quite disappointed in how gluten free breads were just thrown into the shelf and I had to dig the hamburger buns from among the bagels and bread, chaos and not fun. I totally love their GF selections but hate they don't keep them in labeled shelfpace, oh this was clear stocking issue and not customers throwing them around. Makes it difficult to get what you need when one needs to organize the shelfs to find what is needed. Keep the store nice and clean and it will be a success, let it slack and customers will find a Target

I’m giving three stars because I know it was busy. And it’s hard to find enough employees for this size of store this day and age. As I am giving the benefit of doubt hopefully in a less busy time the place is better stocked cleaner and the cashiers are able to smile more.

I only go to this store when I absolutely have to. Then I try to plan the best time to limit interactions with other shoppers. I'm not an antisocial person, but feel I need to be in this store. Head down, get your stuff, and get out. Employees can't be found, and when you find one, they are hating life. The other problem is the lack of inventory on every isle.

I'd like to start off by saying that I am very disappointed in how my cake came out looking. It was so sloppy, like they didn't even try. Honestly, if their lack of care on the cake was the only issue, I wouldn't have written a review, but the cherry on top was the poor customer service. When I came to pick up my order, I gave the lady my name and scheduled pick-up time, but she kept saying that "There is no order with that name, just a Soha" in an annoyed tone, like I was saying my own name wrong. I understand that my name is difficult to read, so I tried to give my last name, but she insisted that there was no order under that name. When I finally DID get my order and was obviously disappointed, she just laughed in my face! I will definitely not be getting any more cakes from Walmart.

The Quest diagnostics inside here was super packed but stayed on schedule and was in and out very quickly. The store itself is very nice and happened to be super busy, I was surprised how quickly the lines went. Recommend this Walmart over other ones in South County area.

Nice store but the chaos because of the possible hurricane 🌀 is crazy 😜. People are buying everything in sight. I would think if you lived in Florida you would always keep a stash of emergency preparedness during a hurricane season just a thought🧐🤨. Wish me the best as I’ve never been anywhere close to a tropical storm 🌀. It’s really hard to give it a good rating but knowing you live in a hurricane zone I would hope Walmart would always keep their stuff stocked and overstocked in the back during this time of year

Very nice Staff. I dropped a small item that fell underneath the shelving. There was a young lady in electronics. (I'm not sure of her name but she had braces with rubber bands) and a young man named Jesus that helped me find my item. They got on their hands and knees to help me! I truly felt like a Valued Customer!

If using APP give 1-2 days. Store normally well stocked. Good Selection. Pricing economical. Download APP so you can find items, staff isn't helpful. APP also helps save time at check-out

  • 1/5 Osman C. 1 year ago on Google
We saw nowhere to check our prices. They tell us to download the app to check, but when we check out the price its completely different from the register. They refused to price match even though other Walmarts honored this. We tried making a pick-up order online and had merchandise in hand. We were going to try to place the order and make a payment through the app, so I didn't have to come back to pick up what we already had in our hands. They refused this too and so did the manager. My daughter had to go get a picture of the prices because the employee refused to honor the price we showed him we had checked for. I paid 17 dollars for what was priced at 14 along with other items at different prices. All this does is drive people away. I was in a rush so I couldn't argue. Target matches me and so do other stores. I'm extremely frustrated and upset.

Disgusting employees and customers at this location. Might as well ship yourself to a third world country if you want to shop here. Not only do they make their own rules but MOST employees and MANAGERS BARELY speak english. Not only was the product i picked up blamed stocked in wrong area for tagged item. Both employee and manager were both spanish and couldnt speak english in front of me or about the problem I and or anyone else im sure has had across the entire store. This is not only unprofessional but dishonest business. Walmart because of management and employees mistakes were willing to try and charge me almost 5$ over the sticker price that 3 employees and a manager couldnt figure out with the simple device any retail employee uses. Was disgusting of not only how the situation was handled but the manager didnt even know their own policy with a big yellow SEASONAL MANAGER STICKER ON HER CHEST…. How am i the converned customer asking you something and whatever you discuss with me or your employee you cant speak in the primary language thats spelt on the front of your store… if this is the low price service that walmart stands behind i will never be shopping in walmart ever again . I was bumped by a walmart employee while standing still while looking in fragrence isle which is a double portion isle that you have choice of which side you walk on. African american employee with red hair died into a portion of it and when i said excuse me as he was multiple steps away that i had to holler at him. His minimal response was oh sorry and resumed walking back into stock room looking like he hadnt showered or personal hygiene in atleast a month… Walmart needs to STEP UP OR STEP OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT THE LOWEST PRICES ANYMORE, disgusting unsafe , unprofessional, not practical, NOT AMERICAN BUSINESS. Good luck if you think ill ever step foot in this walmart or any if thisnthe service or employee base you allow to represent your company…..

😠 Can’t say I’m impressed with shopping via mobile app for pickup. I’ve tried it several times out of good measure and it’s never a smooth one-and-done. For example: 1. Substitutions. Every time I go in person, I get exactly what I am looking for. Every time I shop mobile, there are substitutions. Wi...
