Harris Teeter

Love this store... Some unique items, just something about Harris Teeter seems better than your basic grocery store. Beer and peanuts are my go to items, but of course there's so much more. Plus all the typical sort after items.

Very nice, spacious grocery store. Lots of health choices, keto foods with good prices. Prepackaged food to go for the quick dinner/lunch options. Great variety of foods and seasonal decor and foods. Most importantly, to see the staff smiling makes me happy. It is a true representation of the atmosphere!

I came here for EV charging and I found a very nice supermarket. It was a higher end place that reminded me of Publix.

Quite a store! Very large produce section, and everything was well stocked throughout the store. Maybe we'll get one closer to where we live some time soon.

Clean nice place to food shop. Don't bother having a sandwich made. The sandwich girl has 0 clue how to make a sandwich, a bit frustrating. However the check out guy, when he scans an item if he has to scan it a second time and it doesn't recognize the bar code, he just moves it aside and "guesses" it's free. So while you have a good selection of food and the store is clean just beware the employees are not trained up and apparently just do what ever instead of doing the right thing.

Beautiful store, maybe a little old fashioned decor, but very well stocked. Great selection and service, with ample staffed checkouts as well as self-checkout. Be sure to get their free VIP card before you checkout and pay - in our last shop it cut the total by 25%, bringing the prices into the ballpark of reasonable - and better than the Kroger nearby. Very conveniently located for Sea Pines and Shipyard. Our favorite grocery store here.

A very attractive store, with lots of variety and a nice team. Get a VIC card for the specials and slightly cheaper prices. Not the most expensive place, slightly cheaper than Publix, but prices are not the as good as Aldi.

Shop there when visiting Hilton Head, nice store.

A nice "hidden" gem grocery store with great deals and great service! With a fresh produce section, a pizza station, freshly made sushi daily, a hot Asian Bar, a Starbucks, a salad station, and a wide variety of groceries and essentials, you can find everything that you're looking for. Its welcoming and well stocked. There's also a fuel station now. The section you really want to check out though, is the bakery!! Mrs. Shirley is hands down the best baker around. I travel 2 hours round trip to get her to make the most extraordinary cakes for me and my family for the past 10 plus years! She's customer focused and extremely talented and creative. She always make sure that I am completely satisfied, which I have been. I'm getting custom bakery cakes at grocery store prices! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Sometimes I come with specific designs or give her creative leadway, I add on my custom toppers, and we make masterpieces together!!!

Good groceries but terrible rest rooms

PLEASE bring your own bags. This excellent grocery store provides very thick plastic bags that are terrible for the Island environment.

It's a grocery store with a wide selection of the usual stuff and part of the Kroger empire. There is no particular reason to shop here rather than another non-specialty-item grocery store.

Good experience... Clean store friendly employees... The only reason it didn't get a five was I had to keep, an eye on the prices of things that didn't ring up the sale prices. If you're new to the area or visiting, be sure to pick up all of the local information in the entranceway!! So very helpful!!

Went to the pharmacy to get sinus medicine since all the other pharmacies were closed (7pm). The pharmacist was extremely helpful and even offered a flu shot if I hadn’t had one yet. Great service - above and beyond!!😊

This is a very nice and clean store. It is very well organized. The prices are adequate. But best of all the employees are polite, friendly and helpful.

We love shopping at Harris Teeter when we visit Hilton Head island. They have a wide variety of foods and drinks. We definitely love their selection of craft beers especially that they carry local brewers.

Always find what I need here. I like that they also bring in local produce. The service and staff are great too.

I usually love everything , but I bought some rolls Thanksgiving morning and when we took them out to bake, they were molded and we had to throw them away. I was on vacation so didn’t feel like taking the time to return them.

This is such a beautiful store. We have visited three times during our visit to HHI. Each time, we have been served by such polite, sweet people. Keep up the good work.

3 stars because the ladies room was disgustingly filthy. No paper towels toilet paper rolls on the floor no seat covers. Filthy. A catastrophic level of filth. Otherwise love the store the deals the chocolate covered strawberries. Update: I went back the next day and took a peek. The stall with the toilet pair dispenser was closed. Soap dispenser repaired, paper towels stocked and the bathroom had obviously been cleaned up!!

The sandwich shop didn’t check their online orders. No one was up there when we went to get our sandwiches and when they did come up they had forgotten to check orders in system. They also are regularly out of the their sub cheese bread but keep it on the website.. pretty sure they don’t want to make it.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Clean store. Restrooms need an upgrade tho. All in all great shopping experience.
