NO
to
this
hotel
with
understanding
that
you
are
booking
a
budget
hotel:
the
alarm
system
of
hotel
rang
2:30
am
on
24
december
2022
for
NO
reason.
We
went
down,
tired
and
frustrated
at
night,
and
finally
the
caretaker
who
showed
up
said
nothing
was
happening,
and
apparently
according
to
them??
somebody
smoked
inside
his
room.
NO
verbal
apologies,
no
compensations,
no
discounts
(
breakfast
vouchers)
NOTHING!
The
whole
my
life
have
not
seen
such
an
unfriendly
customer
service
hotel
in
the
Netherlands.
The
expat
kitchen
/receptionist
stuff
who
could
not
speak
Dutch,
but
some
broken
English
also
did
not
ask
us
how
our
stay
was
or
if
we
pleased
was
with
their
service.
We
explained
what
happened,
but
instead
she
mumbled
a
bit.
Later
I
asked
to
talk
to
the
manager
if
possible,
she
said
the
manger
was
not
available.
Other
issues:
Cleanness:
poor.
Infront
of
where
the
bic
row
was,
just
in
front
of
inertance
lots
of
garbage
carried
away
by
wind.
The
same
with
under
beds
lots
of
stuffs
and
old
broken
battery...!
the
terrace
ahead
of
where
Bastion
name
was
installed,
all
were
so
dirty
as
if
ages
not
cleaned.
One
light
bulb
was
broken
so
our
room
was
darker,
the
tv
remote
was
not
working
good,
no
tissues
available
at
room,
no
extra
towel
for
the
shower
ground
so
you
had
to
use
the
same
towel
for
the
ground
while
out
the
douch.
The
douch
pipe
was
broken
and
spreading
water
everywhere.
No
extra
pillows
if
you
wanted
to
have
more
higher
support
while
sleeping.
You
see,
these
details
that
you
think
upon
what
level
why
are
they
so
extremally
economizing
and
messy
ignorant
with??
All
in
all
NO
and
suggest
you
also
to
not.
