I just learned about this company not to long ago, but the experience thus far has been fantastic. Nice product offer, quick response through Whatsapp and Messenger and clear communication throughout. I ordered my product and when my product arrived, it was packed really robust and sturdy and came along a personal message. Super thoughtful! I really felt like receiving and unwrapping a gift. I tried multiple times to reach out to the customer service for a question via Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook, but never heard anything from them. But they do regularly post on these social media accounts. So that’s 1 star for customer service.

We visited the store to try out the matt sleeps matress. Were pleasantly suprised by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Very fun to just browse around and see some of the cool innovative products they have there.

Vague company that Product pine. I ordered something, the contact only speaks English, there is an unclear connection with 'Designnest' whatever it may be and I end up receiving something completely different and have to wait days for a returns form. With no return number, the customer is charged costs while this company delivered the wrong thing. Vague, vague and intransparent

Love the fact that you can see and touch the products before ordering. There are many amazing innovations offered online, but sometimes it's hard to make a purchase decision without having seen and experienced the product before. This store really bridges the gap between online and offline - here you can try them first, get some explanations (super knowledgeable staff) before making a purchase decision. Experience centres are the future of retail !

Shipping time takes so long it said in the website that they were going to ship in one day and it’s been more than a week and I still haven’t received my product and customer service won’t even respond now. Never ordering from this company again.
