MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE. one of the nicest treatments I've ever had before. Super welcoming and professional.

A treatment at Ojai feels like pure luxury combined with personal attention. We listen carefully to you and then act with expertise and care. I have acne skin, which always requires more attention than a regular treatment, but this was no problem at all. My skin now looks calm and I feel very pampered.

Not recommended for a massage. Poor price-quality, cold, too much noise from the people in the salon, no doors but curtains, mediocre massage, ticking oven next to your head. All in all: severely below par.

Alisa is incredible, always has been. It's beautiful how sweet, talented and caring she is. I have been going to Alisa for my facials for a long time now, and she just keeps getting better. Ojai has been designed and built with love, and it shows. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, you feel relaxed, renewed, and you are always taken care of. The products used at Ojai are of the highest quality, Ojai is the ultimate holistic experience. Cannot recommend it enough.

Yesterday I went in for the 'reset' facial while my partner went in for a 'drop-in' facial. The atmosphere and interior were pleasant and serene. The staff was warm and took all my allergies into account, which helped me to relax. The facial itself was great, combined with the led therapy, and the 'buccal' massage could go on forever if it was up to me. Veerle (who helped my partner) was great with her advice and even sent me a follow-up email to help me with an eczema flair-up. So sweet and helpful! My only feedback is that the space is quite noisy, with only curtains closing the treatment rooms, and I had a different esthetician than I booked my appointment. I would've appreciated them letting me know in advance. Apart from these two small comments and I highly recommend Ojai Amsterdam!

I was in Amsterdam for the weekend and booked myself a detox treatment, which was absolutely divine. My skin had been suffering from congestion a while and I immediately saw a glowing effect that I didn’t see for months. Very excited to see how my skin develops hereafter. Such a beautiful studio, very serene space, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful 'Le Lift' facial at OJAI today. I loved all the different parts of the treatment - cleansing, peeling, mask and deep lifting massage and hydrating. I felt completely confident in Alisa's expert hands and appreciated her warmth and attentiveness. I emerged radiant and relaxed afterwards. TIP: Great treat for a beauty day with your daughter or best friend.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The lady who treated me was had a phone call during my treatment and told me it was het boss calling, she walked in and out of the room 5 times, was disturbed 2 times by a colleague, kept selling me products during the treatment.. that I could buy it in the store later. Definetly not a relaxed treatment at all. At the end they couldn't refund me my down payment because I had a gift card, so another customer in the salon gave me my money.. mind blowing, would never Go back!

The girl who did the massage was super nice, kind and willing. Anyway the pregnancy massage was meant to be with an hydratating mask on the belly (as written on the website) but she wasn’t aware of it. It’s not her fault, her manager should have brief her better. The massage was 125€, so way more expensive than other venues and I thought this was because of the mask. I choose it because of the mask. unfortunately I didn’t get it.

This place is hit and miss. I had some nice treatements there in the past but the past couple of times it was all very disapointing. Very junior team who is not able to provide service you're paying for. Paying 80 euro for a massage and have oil smeared on your body instead of nice muscel release is very underwhealming.

The facial consisted of a short facial massage, hair tickling, a scrub, blackhead extraction and a mask. In general I didn't think it was worth +- 150 euros. The room next to the reception was noisy due to only a curtain as a partition, through which the sound of the laptop and parcel deliveries could be heard. The masseuse would occasionally leave the room and make loud phone calls, making complete relaxation difficult. In addition to a facial gift voucher, I paid extra for recommended (more expensive) products during treatment that would suit my skin better.

The facial I experienced at Ojai was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of serenity with the calming ambiance and soothing music. The skilled esthetician (Annie) used really nice products and personalized techniques, leaving my skin radiant, rejuvenated and lifted. I can't wait to return for another session!
