Maybe just bad luck...but they really tried to rip us off in a bad bad way... We didn't get the apartment we booked, there was ant infestation in the bathroom...the worst was that the owner tried to convince us this was a deluxe option and an upgrade from what we originally booked and that photos do never match the room you book... The classic gaslighting kind of guy you do not want to do business with, no matter what...

That's a great place to stay. The only case is missing AC in the apartments and sometimes a bit loud in the evenings because of the pubs and restaurants located nearby. Perfect location for getting in by a car (parking just couple minutes away) and walking through the paths of the city centre

Stayed here for two weeks. Nice, clean and roomy place, with a kitchen. Comfortable rooms. Located just a pebble throw from the city center, and literally near to anywhere on foot. All your needs are within your walking distance, and for me especially the fries and snacks stall just round the corner. Love to stay here again next time! Ah, just one question: why the hot water current are not stable, and I often surprised by sudden spurts of cold water during showers?

Zeer ruim appartement voor 6 personen op een toplocatie in hartje Groningen. Voorzien van alle standaardfaciliteiten en een vriendelijk welkom en gedag.

Just stayed for 3 nights in the three bed apartment it was excellent! Spacious, clean and well equipped.. And literally a few minutes walk to the centre... highly recommend it ..

We had e.g. 5 knives, but at least 12 spoons. Coffee and tea that were available in the kitchen were so disgusting that we didn't touch them, as was the coffee machine. The microwave was also not clean and generally we had the feeling that the dishes and trash cans were not clean ... we were offered to clean the microwave afterwards - but nothing happened. In one bedroom the windows could not be opened, in the other one they could not be closed properly. Combined with ruthless other guests and the fact that you don't have your own terrace, but a communal courtyard and an incredibly noisy house, in which every step of the other guests is accompanied by a loud creak, this leads to the fact that you do not sleep properly can. It's a shame, because a vacation should actually be relaxing. Now I've been awake in bed since 4:45 a.m. We really tried to keep quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and honestly think it is wrong that no action is taken when guests shout loudly, drink and listen to music on the balcony in the middle of the night. Apart from that, none of the company seems to have seriously considered how they live here, because anyone who enters the courtyard can stare into our living room unless the curtains are completely closed and then it is just dark , because the curtains are pretty stupid ... also the systems and cupboards were all stuffed with bed linen and flyers / brochures, so there was practically no space for our own things, even though there was a wardrobe in every room, and there is also over 100sqm not a single coat hook. And watch out! There is no oven but a hot air microwave and not two showers but two shower heads ... All in all a shame. The service was friendly, but could hardly help us. The price is definitely too high for this overall package. We like to come back to Groningen, but not here. Wir fanden leider etwas anderes vor. Das Apartment, das wir bekommen haben, entspricht nicht den Bildern, die online zu sehen sind. Kaputt waren die Lüftung in der Toilette, im Bad, eine Lampe (im Wohnbereich gab es nur Stehlampen...), die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung wirkte wahllos zusammengestellt. Wir hatten z.b. 5 Messer, aber mindestens 12 Löffel. Kaffee und Tee, der in der Küche vorhanden waren, waren so eklig, dass wir ihn nicht angefasst haben, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine. Auch die Mikrowelle war nicht sauber und generell hatten wir das Gefühl, das Geschirr und Mülleimer nicht sauber waren... uns wurde angeboten, die Mikrowelle nachträglich zu reinigen - passiert ist aber nichts. Bei einem Schlafzimmer waren die Fenster nicht zu öffnen, in dem anderen konnte man sie nicht richtig schließen. In Kombination mit rücksichtslosen anderen Gästen und der Tatsache, dass man keine eigene Terrasse hat sondern einen gemeinschaftlichen Innenhof und ein unglaublich hellhöriges Haus, in dem wirklich jeder Schritt der anderen Gäste von einem lauten Knarren begleitet wird, führt das dazu, dass man nicht richtig schlafen kann. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich soll ein Urlaub erholsam sein. Nun liege ich seit 4:45 Uhr wach im Bett. Wir haben uns wirklich bemüht, die Ruhezeiten von 22 - 7 Uhr einzuhalten und finden es ehrlich daneben, dass nicht eingeschritten wird, wenn Gäste mitten in der Nacht lauthals rumschreien, saufen und Musik auf dem Balkon hören. Davon abgesehen scheint noch niemand von dem Unternehmen ernsthaft überlegt zu haben, wie es sich hier wohnt, denn es kann jeder, der den Innenhof betritt, in unser Wohnzimmer glotzen, es sei denn man zieht die Gardinen komplett zu und dann ist es halt einfach dunkel, denn die Vorhänge sind ziemlich blöd montiert... auch sind die Anlagen und Schränke alle mit Bettwäsche und Flyern/Broschüren vollgestopft gewesen, es gab also quasi keinen Platz für unsere eigenen Sachen, obwohl in jedem Zimmer ein Kleiderschrank stand, außerdem ist auf über 100qm nicht ein einziger Garderobenhaken. Und Achtung! Es gibt keinen Ofen sondern eine Heißluftmikrowelle und nicht zwei Duschen sondern zwei Duschköpfe ... Alles in allem wirklich schade. Der Service war zwar freundlich, könnte uns aber kaum helfen. Für dieses Gesamtpaket ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Groningen, aber nicht hier her.

estivemos hospedados num doa apartamentos, falta de ventilação, cozinhavamos e ficava o cheiro de comida roda noite por falta de uma janela que desse para abrir, a maquina de lavar roupa e a de secar fachadas . nas fotos só mostra o apartamento melhor. se fosse esse que nos fosse atribuído daria talvez mais estrelas. pode ser na proxima seja melhor.

We had hoped for a comfortable stay but unfortunately faced unmet promises, inadequate communication, and unresolved issues, leading us to seek a refund for the unfulfilled reservation. Upon returning to our country, we received an email from the owner offering the return of the deposit and tourist tax, which was expected as we didn't stay there and could not possibly have caused any damage. Additionally, they offered a discount for a future booking, an impractical proposal considering our dissatisfaction and lack of intent to revisit the property.
