Very friendly staff, polite and helpful (also speak English which is great for me!). They have a really comprehensive selection of products for all kinds of pet, amphibian, reptilian, arachnid, aquatic, equestrian and the rest! The shop is clean and the creatures all look well looked after and maintained. I will be buying all my live food and other supplies from here (I own a Bearded Dragon, Giant African Bullfrog and freshwater fish). Thanks! Andrew L

Smalliving enclosures, but huge variety.The pictures on maps paint a large store, however it's not that big. It is packed with pet supplies though and the staff is helpful.The beautifull owner is friendly and willing to give information and knows what she's talking about. If you're looking for exotic pets and it's not to far of a drive, its definitely worth the stop.

It was a very elaborate pet shop, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The zebra stripes mice that I bought are very healthy and happy.

Very nice store with a side room with tons of naturalistic enclosures. Friendly, helpful staff that helped me out in getting my first crestie terrarium together. Trade in for their self-made terrarium for an exo terra was not a problem. Bit far, but likely to use the webshop in the future :)

Wait for ages while two/ three people standing helping/advising one customer. Dont get acknowledged that you're even in the store. Always being told its not in stock it'll be ordered..
