    ティファニーのネックレス、ブレスレットをとんでもない価格で買われた。 同じブレスレットがもう一点、家から出てきたので他店に持って行くとここの4倍の価格を提示されました。 売るんじゃなかったと後悔。 「シルバー製品は業者間でもこれくらいの額で取引されている。」と言われていましたが、 すぐ近くの別の店舗では4倍で取引されるんですか？ こちらが持ち込んだシルバー製品は4点。 他店に持ち込めば恐らくここ以上の値段が出たでしょうね。 数十円、数百円のことでグチグチ言う気はありませんが4倍は有り得ません。 買取に出した日の受付の厚化粧の女性も感じが悪く、不快でした。 昨年ルイヴィトンを数点買い取ってくださったマネージャーさんが変わってしまったのか、なんだかお店の雰囲気も変わってしまったので、もうこちらは二度と利用しません。

    2022年10月2日　新作のCHANELのミニバッグを持ち込みました。　CHANELは今年の春夏からシリアルシールがリニューアルしたので新シリアルシールです。　年配の女性の店員さんに、まずは免許証を提出お願いします。と言われ、まだ品物を見せる前に買取も決まらないうちに免許証提出なんて他店ではあり得ません。　仕方ないので免許証を提出して、その後シリアルシールを見て一喝、こんなシール見たことない！！店舗には回せない！と言われ唖然です。その後他の大手に回るとかなり対応も良く新作で多少手こずりましたが良いお値段つきました。　大黒屋さん新作のリニューアル新シールのお勉強してください。偽物を持ち込んだかのような対応に腹がたちました。

    カルティエの腕時計(サントス)とヴィトンのコインパースを査定に出したのですが、予想よりもかなり高く買い取って頂き、非常に満足できました。また、スタッフの方(萩原さん)の接客も非常に素晴らしく、気持ちの良い時間を過ごす事ができました。機会があれば是非また利用したいと思います。
