塩豚骨が食べたくて『黒ニンニク塩とんこつ』をいただきました。
最初はニンニク油部分を混ぜずに素の豚骨を味わうと、豚骨の甘さを引き立てるぐらいかな?と思ったら、以外にも塩味がしっかり効いてました。
しっかり目の塩味が、クリーミーな豚骨の輪郭を支えている感じで、黒ニンニク油をいつ混ぜるか悩む。
名残惜しくも器の底から混ぜると黒ニンニクのコクと香りが加わり、美味さ激増でした!
焼豚は肉厚ですが、ホロホロでした。ビールと焼豚で一杯できるな!と思ってたら、夜のメニューに『豚をのっけた、もやし』がありました(笑)
個人的には、もやしと麺はもう少し硬めが良かったなーと感じましたが、美味しくいただきました(^-^)
入店し席に着くと店員さんが鞄入れを準備してくださったり、たまたま感染症対策の仕切りのため、席幅が狭い場所に座ってたら『奥の席が広いですから変わられますか?』と気遣いを頂いたりと、とても素敵なお店でした!
お店の駐車場は、店の入口前に1台分と、道路向かいに2台分あるようですが、混雑時は近くのコインパークがいいかもです。
