I am absorved some point and mentioned below, 1) hospital is very very costly 2) staff behavior is very bad each and every staff doing misbehaving with patient 3) lab is two time costly as compare to other labs 4) waiting period is more than four hours or more 5) medicine is very costly. I will suggest to every body never take treatment from shanti devi GI hospital, I will repeat staff behavior is very very bad.

Bill management only money oriented program... try to avoid .... .. ....... Dr and staff pressurise for admittance without listening to patients.

Dr Kapil Jain is a very knowledgeable doctor, I was Hepatitis A & E positive & my treatment was going on from my hometown Sirsa, when it got out of control, doctors said that they've to take a part of my liver to study it for critical liver diseases.(My Bilirubin was 38 at that time). But Dr Kapil said there's no need of it & started my treatment, in 4 days, my bilirubin went down to 29 & I got discharged after 10 days. Voila, I'm fit & fine after taking regular meds & proper precautions. Hospital staff is very cooperative & measure every change in your body like temprature, weight, BP etc on regular basis. PS:- Food provided by them in hospital can be better ;-)

They only ask for money patience care zero . Staff behaviour is like they are MD surgen . And the girl who is giving discharge file have no manner to talk . Over all bad experience and management is null.

Very bitter experience twice as nobody in this hospital cares and understands the importance of precious time and money of patients/ attendants. Unwanted and unnecessary tests are forced to be done and pressure is made to get the patient admitted in hospital. There is huge lapse on the part of planning and management as 1-2 hours are wasted simply for entry of file in computer and sign of Dr. Total 5-6 hours are wasted, which is absolutely not acceptable and justified
