    旅行の際に立ち寄りました! せいろ蒸し、うな重、湯引きを頂きました! せいろ蒸しはふわふわで2歳と1歳の 子供までパクパク!こんなに食べるの? と思うくらい食べてくれました! 旅行から約1ヶ月が経ちますが 今でも忘れられないうなぎ屋さんです! 香ばしく焼かれた鰻に甘めなタレ 雰囲気も落ち着くお気に入りのお店になりました。 また日田にうなぎを食べに行くことがあったら また戸山うなぎさんに行くと思います。 土用の丑の日でスーパーで買ったうなぎを 食べながら思い出したので書いてます笑 あーまた食べたいなぁ🤤

    すごく美味しかったです。うな重を頂きましたが、焼きの香ばしさやタレの濃さが私好みでした。 タレが濃すぎると感じる方もいるとは思いますが好みですね。 この価格でこれだけ美味しいうなぎはなかなか食べられないと思います。 湯引きの食感も良くうなぎの美味しさが十分伝わってきます。ポン酢、柚子胡椒でさっぱり頂けます。蒲焼きの前に是非食べたい一品です。

    清らかな三隈川沿いの歴史あるお店。20台ほどの駐車場あり。 店内は畳張りとなっているので、入口で靴を脱いで入店する。席の間隔も広く、お互いを気にすることもなく、うなぎに集中できる。 尾頭付きのうな重は焼きの香ばしさと濃いめのタレが白米に合う。ふっくらと焼かれたうなぎも良い。仕入れ状況により並のみとなるが十分な食べごたえはある。 他にもせいろ蒸しや湯引きなどのメニューがあり、どれもオススメ。
