I stayed a number of times on business it is convenient as the limousine bus stops at the station and quick walk through station to hotel. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and well made. I like the Eco Clean this is good idea and make use this regularly. Breakfast is good I always enjoy Nattou as foreigner I do like it the selection of food is fine. Another good feature is the Handy smart phone you can use free of charge free local and limited country international calls the Handy also has internet I used daily and brilliant when going sightseeing and map use of the maps. My stays at Terrace Garden Inn Katsuta has always been pleasant. ありがとうございますした。

Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are big enough to not make me feel claustrophobic and all of the amenities are great.

Service was great, they held our baggage both before check in and after check out, and the breakfast meal was delicious!

everything was good but wifi. wifi is really bad. I couldn't connect to wifi frequently

I like this hotel and often stay here. Really nice and normal hotel in all positive senses, which becomes more and more rare case nowdays.

Great place for shorts stays

WiFi connection is too poor to have video calls. Staff is friendly and room rate is reasonable but breakfast are all the same since I stay there for 35 days straight.

Good service, convenient location with free parking. Room is new & clean with all basic amenities provided. Coin laundry, microwave oven and ice machine available at the lobby.

Great hotel. Nice staff. But the windows don't open.

Terrible service. From the beginning the woman at the desk was incompetent. First she under charged us then she over charged us and had to refund us. Upon asking if we needed a reservation for the restaurant she said no, we checked the time of last service for the sign and made sure we came at least an hour before. We were turned away and asked her why and she said oh I guess I need to update that sign. We have a three year old and need to get food asap. Not traipse around the city trying to find somewhere open. Abysmal

The location is good, and the breakfast is nice quality; however, the main reason I'll ding this hotel is that the internet service is very slow, plus they'll completely cut off your service if you use too much data. I'm not sure where the cutoff is, but 2 or 3 times I've tried uploading or downloading approximately 5GB worth of files to cloud storage, and that crossed the line, and service was unavailable for the remainder of the day. When I complained at the front desk, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it and the manager recommended that I come and sit in the lobby with my laptop to do my work using the lobby Wi-Fi connection, and so I did...for about 4 hours, which was somewhat awkward and not so comfortable. Also, when you are able to connect the system frequently disconnects and redirects you to their "terms of service" portal, which you have to acknowledge before you can continue using the internet. Now why I have to re-acknowledge their "terms of service" 2-3 times per day per device I don't know; really silly, and very annoying. I think this hotel would be OK for tourists staying for a short time, but for business travelers that need to get some work done and require a solid/fast/reliable and reasonably unlimited internet connection...I can't recommend using this hotel.
